    • A vehicle wiring harness cable mounting assembly structure is provided. The structure includes a substantially T-shaped clip which has an elongated cable retainer portion. A latching prong extends from a central point of the elongated cable retainer portion to define therewith the T-shape. A wiring harness cable lies along the length of the elongated cable retainer portion. Securement means fasten the wiring harness cable to the elongated cable retainer portion on each side of the latching prong. A latch receptacle is secured to vehicle structure. The latching prong has a free end portion remote from the elongated cable retainer portion. The free end portion includes latching structure for releasable engagement with the latch receptacle.

    • A cover plate for completing the enclosure of an outlet box, the plate having a mounting screw retaining and aligning assembly integrally formed in an aperture in the plate. This assembly engages and aligns the screw so that the screw will not inadvertently fall out of the plate and the longitudinal axis of the screw is substantially perpendicular to the plate for ease of insertion of the screw into an internally threaded bore coupled to the box. The assembly comprises a pair of opposed, spaced flexible major webs integrally formed with the plate and extending into the aperture; and a pair of opposed, spaced flexible minor webs also integrally formed with the plate and the major webs and extending into the aperture. The major webs have parallel, straight distal edges which form chords of a circular aperture in the plate. The minor webs are in the form of ring segments. The assembly further comprises a countersink formed in the aperture and coaxial with that part of the aperture containing the webs. The outlet box can contain an electrical device such as a switch or receptacle and can be located in a wall.

    • An insulating sleeve for metallic conduit comprises a selectively slit tubular body member having a circumferentially disposed rib of preferably triangular cross section disposed adjacent a flared end of the body member and proportioned to have a height adjacent the slit portion of the body member somewhat greater than that along the remainder thereof to provide a generally uniform height about the periphery of the body member as the portion of the body member adjacent the slit is overlapped for insertion into the open end of a metallic conduit or the like. The body member is also selectively proportioned to have a thickness adjacent the slit portion thereof somewhat thinner than its thickness diametrically opposite thereto so that the body member may more closely approximate a circular configuration as it is selectively closed upon itself. The body member may be slit in such manner as to provide an interlocking tang and a tang receiving notch, respectively, adjacent the end of the body member remote from the flared end to prevent longitudinal displacement of the slit edges of the sleeve in use.
