The call analytics system receives audio call data of a phone call between a customer and an agent of a business, and converts the call data into one or more messages for handling by a distributed stream-processing platform. In some embodiments, the stream-processing platform is the Apache Kafka platform. The distributed platform processes the messages and communicates with various software modules to generate a variety of conversational insights. When processed by a stream-processing platform, certain analyses can occur in parallel which allows conversational insights to be provided to the businesses shortly (e.g., within seconds) after the call data is received.

摘要： Embodiments described herein provide a dynamic voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) audio quality management mechanism in real time, e.g., when a VoIP call is ongoing. Specifically, when a VoIP call has unsatisfactory audio quality, e.g., due to packet loss, jitter, etc., the dynamic VoIP audio quality management mechanism may redirect the VoIP traffic from the previous endpoint that initiates the VoIP session to a different endpoint within the same carrier. Upon the endpoint redirection, a new call leg is established, allowing re-negotiation or re-configuration of VoIP parameters. The re-negotiated or re-configured VoIP parameters may then be used to conduct the remainder of the VoIP call to improve the audio quality.

The method further comprises the wireless communication device sending the request for validation to a telecommunications server and the server conducting real time monitoring of the call. 摘要： Systems and methods for improving call topic models are described herein. In an embodiment a server computer receives call transcript data comprising an electronic digital representation of a verbal transcription of a call between a first person of a first person type and a second person of a second person type. The server computer splits the call transcript data into first person type data comprising words spoken by the first person in the call and second person type data comprising words spoken by the second person type in the call. The server computer uses a stored topic model to determine a topic of the call, the topic model simultaneously modeling the first person type data as a function of a first probability distribution of words used by the first person type for one or more topics and the second person type data as a function of a second probability distribution of words used by the second person type for the one or more topics, both the first probability distribution of words and the second probability distribution of words being modeled as a function of a third probability distribution of words for the one or more topics. The server computer then stores a data record identifying the topic of the call and/or stores data identifying the topic of the call with the call transcripts.
