摘要： An electric power steering system includes a multi-phase electric motor, an inverter connected to the rotary electric machine and an electronic control apparatus. One phase of the motor is pulled up by a resistor. The electronic control apparatus detects disconnection abnormality between the motor and the inverter by checking phase voltages of the inverter by stopping the inverter operation. If disconnection is detected, current is supplied to the remaining normal two phases. The electronic control apparatus detects short-circuit abnormality by checking an electric angle (rotation angle) of the motor.

An optical fiber preform is received into a muffle tube and heated by a primary heater placed to surround the muffle tube. The optical fiber preform is heated such that a starting position of a meniscus portion is higher in its position than the top of the primary heater, wherein the meniscus portion is created at the bottom portion of the optical fiber preform.

An inverter part has a plurality of FETs forming switching element pairs, each of which corresponds to each phase of the winding set. According to the present invention, a dielectric ceramic composition can be provided which is available to be sintered at low temperature (for example, 950° C. or lower) while comparatively decreasing contents of a glass component, which shows good properties (specific permittivity, loss Q value and insulation resistance), and which is available to perform cofiring different materials.

摘要： Systems and methods for signalling transitions between talk-spurt state and silence state for wireless terminals having semi-persistently allocated uplink resources are employed. A layer ½ indication of the state transitions may be transmitted using a resource that is specifically allocated for that purpose. Alternatively, ACK/NACK signalling may be employed. Layer 1 indications may be employed for both state transition types. Alternatively, in-band MAC layer signalling may be used to signal state transition from talk-spurt state to silence, or the network may deduce this state transition on its own. A different uplink wireless transition resource is allocated for the talk-spurt state vs. the silence state.
