摘要： This disclosure relates to ethylene interpolymer compositions. Specifically, ethylene interpolymer products having: a Dilution Index (Yd) greater than 0; total catalytic metal≧3.0 ppm; ≧0.03 terminal vinyl unsaturations per 100 carbon atoms, and; optionally a Dimensionless Modulus (Xd) greater than 0. The disclosed ethylene interpolymer products have a melt index from about 0.3 to about 500 dg/minute, a density from about 0.869 to about 0.975 g/cm3, a polydispersity (Mw/Mn) from about 2 to about 25 and a CDBI50 from about 20% to about 97%. Further, the ethylene interpolymer products are a blend of at least two ethylene interpolymers; where one ethylene interpolymer is produced with a single-site catalyst formulation and at least one ethylene interpolymer is produced with a heterogeneous catalyst formulation.

The method for making the catalyst can include combining one or more supports with one or more magnesium-containing compounds under reaction conditions to form a first reacted product. One or more chlorinating compounds selected from the group consisting of aluminum alkyl chlorides and chloro substituted silanes can be combined with the first reacted product under reaction conditions to form a second reacted product. One or more titanium-containing compounds selected from the group consisting of titanium alkoxides and titanium halides can be combined with the second reacted product under reaction conditions to form a catalyst.

摘要： A polyethylene composition is disclosed which comprises from 45 to 55 wt % of an ethylene polymer (A) having a density of at least 968 kg/m3, and from 55 to 45 wt % of an ethylene polymer (B) having a density of 920 to 955 kg/m3, wherein the composition has a density of 952 to 961 kg/m3, a high load melt index HLMI of 18-28 g/10 min, a ratio of HLMI/ML of 80-150, and a melt elastic modulus G′ (G″=3000) of 1200-1600 Pa, where HLMI and ML2 are measured according to ISO1133 at a temperature of 190° C. under loads of 21.6 kg and 2.16 kg respectively.

The invention further relates to the use of such a molding composition for producing injection-molded finished parts, and to finished parts produced by injection molding.

摘要： An olefin polymerization catalyst is prepared by (a) in a diluent, combining a diorganomagnesium compound with less than 2 molar equivalents of a first source of chloride to produce a “chloride deficient” magnesium chloride support; (b) without isolating any solids, adding a second source of chloride which reduces the amount of soluble un-reacted diorganomagnesium compound present; (c) without isolating any solids present, adding a tetravalent titanium species and; (d) adding an activator. The catalyst is active for solution polymerization of olefins.

摘要： The present invention relates to a catalyst component for olefin polymerization, which comprises the reaction product of at least one organo-magnesium compound, at least one titanium-containing compound, at least one hydroxyl group-containing compound, at least one chlorine-containing organo-aluminum, boron, phosphorus or silicon compound, and at least one polybutadiene block copolymer. The catalyst component of the present invention has well-shaped particles, and a narrow particle size distribution; a polymerization reaction of olefins with the catalyst component produces well-shaped polymer particles with a high bulk density (BD) and an excellent comprehensive catalytic performance. The present invention also relates to a preparation method for said catalyst component and the application thereof, particularly in the homopolymerization and copolymerization of olefins such as ethylene, propylene, butene, hexene and octene.
