摘要： The present disclosure is directed to providing a thermally conductive resin composition which can realize high thermal conduction without increasing the content of a thermally conductive filler, and also exhibits satisfactory moldability. Disclosed is a thermally conductive resin composition, comprising: a thermally conductive filler; and a binder resin, wherein the thermally conductive filler contains: a hard filler having a Mohs hardness of 5 or more; and a soft filler having a Mohs hardness of 3 or less, and wherein when the thermally conductive resin composition is solidified to stabilize its shape, the soft filler is pressed by the hard filler in the thermally conductive resin composition so that a surface of the soft filler is deformed by the hard filler in the pressed state to provide a face contact between the soft filler and the hard filler.

摘要： Disclosed is an electrolyte for an electrochemical device. The electrolyte includes a composite of a plastic crystal matrix electrolyte doped with an ionic salt and a crosslinked polymer structure. The electrolyte has high ionic conductivity comparable to that of a liquid electrolyte due to the use of the plastic crystal, and high mechanical strength comparable to that of a solid electrolyte due to the introduction of the crosslinked polymer structure. Further disclosed is a method for preparing the electrolyte. The method does not essentially require the use of a solvent. Therefore, the electrolyte can be prepared in a simple manner by the method. The electrolyte is suitable for use in a cable-type battery whose shape is easy to change due to its high ionic conductivity and high mechanical strength.

摘要： [Problem] Provided are a high filler-loaded high thermal conductive material which sufficiently utilizes features of an organic polymer while ameliorating drawbacks, enables integrated molding with ceramics, metals, semiconductor elements and the like, and has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and a high thermal conductivity; and a method for producing the high filler-loaded high thermal conductive material, a composition, coating liquid and a molded article.[Solution] Disclosed is a high filler-loaded high thermal conductive material formed by subjecting a composition which includes organic polymer particles and a thermally conductive filler having a graphite-like structure, and includes 5 to 60% by weight of the organic polymer particles and 40 to 95% by weight of the thermally conductive filler having a graphite-like structure relative to 100% by weight of the total amount of these components, is obtained, so that the thermally conductive filler is dispersed by delamination while maintaining the average planar particle size of the thermally conductive filler, and is capable of forming a thermally conductive infinite cluster; to press molding at a temperature higher than equal to the deflection temperature under load, melting point or glass transition temperature of the organic polymer and a pressure of 1 to 1000 kgf/cm2; and to cooling and solidification.

摘要： Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent thermal conductivity and high electrical insulating properties, and having excellent flexibility in comparison to ceramic molded bodies and thermoset resin compositions. The resin composition contains 20-60 volume percent of thermoplastic resin and 40-80 volume percent of boron nitride. The boron nitride is made up of spherical boron nitride particles and flat boron nitride particles. The spherical boron nitride particles have average particle size of 50-300 μm and aspect ratio or 1-2. The flat boron nitride particles have average particle size of 8-100 μm and aspect ratio of 30-300. The volume ratio of the spherical boron nitride particles with respect to the total amount of boron nitride is 75 vol %-99 vol %. Further provided are melt molded products of this thermoplastic resin composition and a method for the manufacture of such melt molded products.

Advantageously, the disclosed underfill composition in an uncured state has a fluidity value of less than about ten minutes over about a two centimeter distance at a temperature of about 90 degrees C. and at a bond line thickness of about 50 microns or less and still have a bulk thermal conductivity that is greater than about 0.8 W/mK in the cured state.
