    • A solar energy includes a charging control unit to output a number of charge voltages, a switch control unit, and a comparing unit. The switch control unit receives a break control signal and a charging control signal from the charging control unit to switch the charging control unit to charge the rechargeable battery, and receives a voltage detecting signal from the charging control unit to output a detect voltage corresponding to a charge voltage of the rechargeable battery. The comparing unit receives the detect voltage and correspondingly outputs a selecting signal to the charging control unit. The charging control unit determines the charge voltage of the rechargeable battery according to the selecting signal, and outputs a corresponding charge voltage to charge the rechargeable battery.

    • A video camera monitoring system includes one or more cameras, a controller, a computer, a computer monitor, a video encoder, and one or more camera monitors. The cameras capture images and convert the captured images into video signals. The controller transfers the video signals to the computer. The computer monitor displays video images corresponding to the video signals. The computer selects a section of each of the video images and sends video signals corresponding to the section of each of the video images back to the controller. The controller compresses the video signals from the computer and transfers the compressed video signals to the video encoder. The video encoder encodes the compressed video signals into analog video signals. The camera monitors receive the analog video signals and display the video images of the analog video signals.

    • An airflow detection apparatus configured to detect airflow of a fan includes a first transistor, an amplifier, an A/D converter, a microprocessor, an indicating circuit, and a stabilizing circuit configured for supplying a stable current to the first transistor. The base and the collector of the first transistor are connected to a power supply. The emitter of the first transistor is connected to the amplifier and the stabilizing circuit. The amplifier receives a voltage signal from between the base and the emitter of the first transistor. The voltage signal is converted into a digital signal by the A/D converter. The microprocessor processes the digital signal and output an indicating signal to the indicating circuit to indicate airflow status of the fan.
