摘要： An apparatus includes a body, a sleeve, a magnetic member and an engaging member. The body includes a function end and a first groove with first and second end faces. The sleeve includes a first room and a reception area defined therein. A second groove is defined in the outside of the sleeve and located corresponding to the first groove. The second groove includes holes defined radially therethrough which communicates with the reception area. The magnetic member is receive in the first room. The engaging member is engaged with the second groove and has first portions inserted through the holes in the second groove. The second engaging portion is connected to the first engaging portions and protrudes beyond the reception area so as to be engaged with the first groove of the body and movable between the first and second end faces of the first groove.

摘要： A hand tool assembly with magnetic securing device includes a body, a sleeve, a collar and two resilient pieces. The body has a first space and a first groove. The sleeve has a first passage, a second space, a third space, a first distance and a fourth space. A magnetic part is located in the second space. A clip is engaged with the first groove and movable within the third space. A collar is secured in the fourth space to restrict the clip to prevent the body from dropping form the sleeve. The collar has two resilient pieces received therein and each resilient piece has a third engaging portion which contacts the outer periphery of the body to provide friction when the sleeve is moved relative to the body. A driving piece is connected to the body and drives a bolt or a screw which is attracted by the magnetic part.

The torque transmission driver has a drive axis and a main body with a first end portion and a second end portion, where the first end portion is adapted to receive and transmit torque from a torque generating source to the driver, and the second end portion is opposite the first end portion and has a key shape adapted to fit a recess in a fastener and has a protruding lead end having a taper between 10° and 30° and different in shape than the key shape with at least a portion of the protruding lead end initiating at the major dimension of the key shape. A torque transmission driver adapted to drive a small fasteners is also disclosed where the key shape is adapted to fit the recess of the small fastener.

摘要： Radially spaced blades extending into grooves in the faces of a socket for socket wrenches. Each blade has a curved face facing a bolt head inserted into the socket and an opposite curved face against respective grooves in the bolt face. The blades engaging a hex-head of a bolt inserted into the socket. Applying torque to the socket against resistance from the bolt, urges the blades against their respective groove to secure the bolt head in the socket. The shaft of an Allen wrench is secured in the socket so that its head does not interfere with the head of a hex bolt inserted into the socket. When the Allen wrench is released from its recessed position, the Allen wrench can move upward toward the socket's open end where it can engage an Allen bolt head.

The apparatus includes a drive portion configured for being received by a rotary tool, a bit holder extending from the drive portion and configured for receiving a tool bit, the bit holder defining an elongate portion, and a sleeve configured for translatable movement along the elongate portion. The sleeve has a first extended position in which an end of the sleeve extends substantially beyond the tool bit and a retraction position in which the sleeve does not enclose the tool bit. A spring biases the sleeve into the extended position. Pressing of an end of the sleeve against a working surface imparts translation of the sleeve in a direction from the extended position towards the retracted position.
