摘要： A fastener dispenser tool for kitting and dispensing a plurality of fasteners comprises a retention section, a presentation section extending from the retention section, and a retention slot extending along the retention section and the presentation section. The retention slot is operable to retain the plurality of fasteners for dispensing therefore. A presentation slot extends along the presentation section and is sized to receive a tool bit engageable with a lead fastener. The retention slot and presentation slot are sized, such that the plurality of fasteners are each slidable through the retention slot along the presentation section to facilitate dispensing of the lead fastener from the presentation section. The presentation section can be formed at a curve relative to the retention section, to provide clearance of retained fasteners from hardware being fastened by the lead fastener. Associated systems and methods are provided.

摘要： A robot screw-fastening device includes a nut runner that is attached to a distal end of an arm of a robot to fasten screws one by one. A screw magazine accommodates a plurality of screws to be fed to the nut runner. A magazine inserting-extracting mechanism inserts and extracts a screw retrieving position of the screw magazine to and from below the nut runner. The screw magazine includes a flat support surface with a slit-like opening that contacts with a bearing surface of each of the screws so as to support the screws in a hanging state. The slit-like opening allows an underhead section of each screw to extend therethrough so that the plurality of screws are arranged parallel to each other in a single row.

The attachment part and the pressing part are held together in such a way as to be movable along a movement path which is delimited by a normal position and a pressing position. An outer contour of the pressing part has three contact points which define two half-lines forming a right angle. In the normal position and in the pressing position, the attachment part and the pressing part are entirely located within a volume formed by the right angle and a straight line that intersects the two half-lines at the vertex of the right angle.

摘要： An air-driven feeder tool is provided for presenting swagable collars one at a time for placement on the shanks of lockbolts and thereby made ready for the application of a swaging tool. The swaging tool breaks off a pintail from the lockbolt and a vacuum system draws the broken-off pintails through a vacuum device and into a receptacle for safe disposal. The feeder mechanism comprises a magazine holding a supply f side-by-side collars, a presentation piece holding a short working collars and a worker-actuable trigger mechanism between the two queues for transferring collars, one at a time, from the magazine to the presentation queue. Two embodiments of the feeder tool are disclosed, each with a unique trigger position.
