摘要： A machine for shredding portions of bituminous material in the solid-state into granules in the solid-state. The machine comprises a pressing member provided with a piston which is axially mobile inside a perforated tubular body along an axis and is provided on the head thereof with an internal concave portion having a shape substantially complementary to a projecting part present in an axial end of the perforated tubular body. On the head of the piston through-openings are made, which extend radially along a direction approximately transversal to the axis and are in communication with the internal space of the concave portion.

摘要： Described herein is a machine (1) for shredding portions (30) of bituminous material in the solid state into recyclable granules (31) of small dimensions comprising a shredding unit (5), which in turn comprises a perforated tubular body (6), and a pressing member (7) for pushing the portions (30) into the perforated tubular body (6) in such a way as to force the bituminous material by compression to come out through the holes of the perforated tubular body (6) so as to obtain a plurality of substantially filiform extruded portions (33) of the bituminous material, and a cutting member (8) for cutting the extruded portions (33) coming out of the holes of the perforated tubular body (6) in such a way as to obtain the granules (31) of small dimensions.

摘要： A mixing machine adapted to mix a liquid mixture containing bitumen with solid granules so as to obtain a homogenized bituminous mix. The machine includes a cylindrical container arranged coaxially to a vertical axis and capable of containing the liquid mixture containing bitumen and the solid granules, a heating circuit for heating the inner side surface of the cylindrical container, a mixing assembly mounted axially rotatable within the container to rotate about the vertical axis, and a driving unit adapted to rotate the mixing assembly about the vertical axis. The mixing assembly includes a helicoidal blade which extends coaxial to the axis within the container and has its outer peripheral edge in contact with the inner surface of the container so as to scrape the material adhering on the inner surface during its rotation.
