摘要： A bottle shredder is disclosed. The bottle shredder features a bottle holder, sized to receive a plastic bottle, a wire cutter and bottle support, both of which are located below the bottle holder. The bottle holder is attached to a linear slide, which is capable of moving the bottle holder directly above a shredding apparatus. The shredding apparatus contains at least one feed roller operatively connected to a first motor, a spur gear, a bearing block, featuring at least one bearing, and at least one shredding blade operatively connected to a second motor via the spur gear and bearing block. Below the shredding apparatus is a finished shreds chute, which collects the post-shredded bottle parts.

摘要： A composite epoxy resin board, made from a raw material which includes the following weight percentage of components: waste prepreg powders of 5% to 100%, and waste printed circuit board (PCB) powders of 0% to 95%, is disclosed. The present invention adopts the waste prepregs as the main preparation raw material, which not only recycles and reuses prepreg scraps, but also reduces or even eliminates the use of adhesives due to the high epoxy resin content in the prepregs, while also reducing the glue-mixing time in the forming process, thereby simplifying the forming technology.

In order to increase the productivity of the plant and reducing the maintenance times, the conveying elements for transporting the material are provided mobile, mounted on swivel wheels.

摘要： A method for recycling plastic and manufacturing filler involves collecting discarded plastic articles, and grinding/shredding the articles up together without substantive sorting out of the articles by plastic type, color, etc. The plastic articles are shredded into shredded plastic particles which are used as filler for various consumer products, such as weight training equipment and cushions. For products requiring additional weight, higher-density shredded recycled plastic particles are added to the filler for increased weight. For products requiring less weight and/or buoyancy, lower-density recycled plastic particles and/or foam is added to the filler for decreased weight/density. Weight training bags, pet training devices, cushions pillows, flotation devices, ski racks, and other products may be formed using the filler.

摘要： A system and method for processing a supply of post-consumer scrap linear low density or low density polyethylene film into near-virgin quality blown film product. The method includes tearing the supply of film in a shredder, wherein the surface area of the film is exposed, including delaminating the film. The torn supply of film is washed in a water bath including a surfactant. The film is agitated in the bath containing the surfactant wherein contaminants on the film are removed from the film. The washed film is ground into smaller pieces and additional washing of the ground film in a rotating friction washer and a sink float tank occurs wherein additional contaminants are removed from the film. The ground film is then dried and compacted without addition of water into granulated objects of near-virgin quality blown film product.
