The wetting agent also imparts anti-foam properties to aqueous solutions while reducing surface tension.

摘要： A check valve includes a housing defining an inlet, an outlet, a passage between the inlet and outlet, and a sealing surface along the passage. A piston member is disposed about a longitudinal axis and has a sealing face disposed perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and a circular groove defined therein extending inward from the sealing face. An O-ring is disposed in the groove. A biasing member exerts a biasing force on the piston and thus forces the O-ring into sealing engagement with the sealing surface of the housing. The piston member is moveable from a first position in which the O-ring is sealingly engaged with the sealing surface of the housing and thus the outlet is sealed from the inlet, and a second position in which the O-ring is spaced from the sealing surface of the housing and thus the outlet is not sealed from the inlet.

An alloy for overlay welding according to the present invention is an alloy for overlay welding that is to be used in overlay welding, and the alloy contains C in an amount of 0.2 mass % to 0.6 mass %, Si in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 1.0 mass %, Mn in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 0.6 mass % or less, Cr in an amount of 25 mass % to 35 mass %, Ni in an amount of 35 mass % to 50 mass %, Nb in an amount of 0.5 mass % to 2.0 mass %, Al in an amount of 3.0 mass % to 6.0 mass %, Y in an amount of 0.005 mass % to 0.05 mass %, wherein Y/Al is 0.002 or more to 0.015 or less; and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities.

摘要： A strap wrench device includes (a) an elongate, flexible member having a first end and a second end; and (b) an elongate handle having a proximal end, a distal end, a face side and a back side. The handle is configured to be conveniently held in a user's right hand with its proximal end extending toward the object to be gripped. The proximal end of the handle has a means on its right side (when held by a user with its the face side upward) for attaching the first end of the flexible member. It also has an opening adjacent the handle's left side through which the second end of the flexible member can pass. The flexible member extends through the opening in the handle, thereby forming a loop that can surround and grip an object. The flexible member then extends further along the left side of the handle toward the handle's distal end. The handle includes a rounded protrusion at its proximal end, adjacent to the opening and on a side of the opening that is opposite to the flexible member attachment means, for pressing the flexible member against the gripped object when the device is in use.

摘要： A belt apparatus is configured to support the trousers worn by a person and to include a number of airbags that are deployable in a falling event to protect the person from bone breakages. The belt apparatus includes a flexible belt element and a fastener that appear and function in much the same way as an ordinary apparel trouser belt, i.e., fitting through belt loops in trousers and being fastenable to itself to support the pair of trousers at the waist of the person. Despite the ordinary appearance of the belt apparatus, it includes airbags internal thereto whose expansion is controlled by a control apparatus. Responsive to a falling event in a particular direction with respect to the person, the control apparatus triggers the rapid expansion of an airbag that is situated on the belt element in the particular direction with respect to the person and takes other actions.
