摘要： The present invention relates to a membrane plate structure for generating sound waves. The membrane plate structure comprises a first skin layer, a second skin layer, a foam core layer which is interposed between the first skin layer and the second skin layer, and two binding layers. At least one of the first skin layer and the second skin layer is attachable to a vibrating element for generating sound waves. The elastic modulus of the core layer and its density are lower than the elastic modulus and the density of the first skin layer and the second skin layer, so that a sandwich structure is achieved. The Young modulus and the shear modulus of first skin layer, the second skin layer, the core layer and the binding layers are not variating between each other of more than 30% between a temperature 20° C. and 150° C., particularly between 20° C. and 170° C., more particularly 20° C. and 180° C.

The dummy object comprises a torso, at least one extremity representing an arm or a leg, wherein the extremity includes a proximal extremity portion mounted in an articulated manner at the torso and a distal extremity portion mounted in an articulated manner at the proximal extremity portion, and at least one drive which is arranged in the torso and is designed to move the proximal extremity portion relative to the torso. The proximal extremity portion can be moved in such a manner that a movement of the distal extremity portion, which is correlated with the movement of the proximal extremity portion, can be created by utilizing the mass inertia of the associated distal extremity portion.

摘要： A shipping container for shipping thermally active materials includes a plurality of structural panels that define a container interior, and are configured for receiving the thermally active materials. The container also includes an exterior disposed adjacent to an environment in which the shipping container is disposed. A thermal barrier member is placeable between the thermally active materials and the environment in which the container is placed. The thermal barrier includes a thermal barrier interior panel and a thermal barrier external panel defining a heat absorbing material receiving cavity. A flowable polymer based heat absorbing material is disposed within the heat absorbing material receiving cavity. The thermal barrier is configured to substantially surround the thermally active materials to reduce the passage of thermal energy between the thermally active materials and the environment in which the shipping container is disposed.

摘要： A speaker is disclosed that can be positioned as either a right or left front surround or a right or left rear surround in any surround sound system. The speaker includes a housing including a first driver, a second driver, a third driver, and a fourth driver. A high pass filter is connected with the first and third drivers and the first and third drivers are wired having opposite polarities from one another such that the first driver is out of phase with the third driver by 180 degrees. A low pass filter is connected with a lattice filter, wherein the low pass filter is configured to shift a phase of an input signal −90 degrees and the lattice filter is configured to shift the phase by adding +45 degrees thereby forming a −45 degree phase shift. An output of the lattice filter is connected with the second and fourth drivers.
