摘要： A concave-type spinner blade and lure body assembly for use with fishing lures that generates mechanical energy to rotate the lure body to attract fish is provided herein. The spinner blade is connected to the lure body by a connector that freely rotates around the lure's spindle. The lure body is suspended from the lure spindle by a plurality of rotational elements that are housed within the lure body. The rotational mechanical energy causes the lure body to rotate thereby producing an effect that attracts fish. The present invention can be used with trolling or casting lures used in bays, rivers, lakes, oceans, and estuaries to catch a wide variety of fresh and saltwater fish.

摘要： A thermally activated air conditioning system is disclosed that both dries and chills the air being conditioned. Drying is by a liquid desiccant subsystem, and chilling is by an absorption chilling subsystem. A very high COP (1.25) is obtainable owing to the use of reject heat from the absorption subsystem to power the desiccant subsystem. The overall system (or cycle) is powered by relatively low temperature input heat (e.g. 245° F.). That heat can be obtained from flat plate or evacuated tube solar collectors, or other sources. The low driving temperature is made possible by the disclosed integration between the two subcycles.

摘要： A system provides a way to manage agreements that institutions such as financial services companies have with distributors who sell their products. Each distributor has a plurality of sales representatives that earn commissions for selling such products. The commissions earned and any other constraints imposed on the sales representatives may be defined within a selling agreement. The system can generate each selling agreement utilizing a set of components representative of the type of agreement formed between the institutions and the distributor. The components of each selling agreement contain an associated rule set that enables a configuration engine to generate an appropriate document. The system also contains a set of regulatory conditions for each sale made by the sales representatives. The system may be utilized to process sales transaction data to ensure that selling agreement terms are followed and that regulations for each sale are satisfied.
