摘要： An adapter device, which is configured to couple an endoscope with a medical appliance, such that the medical appliance is provided to generate light to illuminate an object to be investigated by an endoscope, includes an adapter body with a through-hole through which light generated by the medical appliance can be transmitted, and a fastening device to removably secure the adapter body on the medical appliance. The side of the adapter body that is to face the medical appliance is configured to be held form-locked in a predetermined angle position when the adapter body is secured on the medical appliance.

摘要： A stroboscope module has a coupling with which the stroboscope module can be connected to a light connection of an endoscope. The coupling comprises a sleeve and a base, with the base being arranged in the sleeve displacable in an axial direction between a first position and a second position. An elastically deformable cuff having an internal diameter is arranged within the sleeve, into which cuff the light connection of the endoscope can be inserted in the first position. The sleeve and the base compress the cuff in the second position such that the internal diameter of the cuff is reduced and the light connection of the endoscope is locked in the coupling. The sleeve and the base can be locked in the second position.

The medical apparatus includes a screen, which is positioned on the front surface of the housing to observe an image taken by means of the endoscope, where the front surface and rear surface are each inclined toward the rear at an angle between 5 and 15 degrees with respect to a plane perpendicular to the base surface.

摘要： Disclosed is an endoscopic system comprising an excitation beam source located in a proximal supply unit, an optical radiation transmission path in an insertion piece, and a fluorescence converter at the distal end. A laser diode that emits in the shortwave visible spectral range is used as an excitation beam source while a glass fiber is used as an optical transmission path. The fluorescence converter is suitable for converting into white light and is embodied as a fluorescent element that is mounted downstream of the light emergence surface of the glass fiber as a separate, interchangeable part. Said endoscopic system is characterized in that the distal end of the glass fiber and the fluorescent element are inserted into a lighting fixture which has a light emergence opening that widens in a funnel-shaped manner. Alternatively, the fluorescent element is disposed in a replaceable head which can be coupled to the insertion piece and encompasses additional optical and heat-dissipating components in order to generate an illumination beam cluster and/or measurement beam cluster.
