摘要： A fiber bundle arranging device is provided that laminates fiber bundle layers formed of a fiber bundle. The fiber bundle is engaged with arranged pins to have straight parts. The device includes a press roller and a first moving device. The press roller includes a peripheral portion. The peripheral portion of the press roller depresses the straight parts of the fiber bundle engaged with the pins toward the roots of the pins in the vicinity of the pin. The first moving device moves the press roller in the arrangement direction of the pins such that the peripheral portion sequentially intersects the straight parts of the fiber bundle. The peripheral portion is located in the front of the press roller in the moving direction, and the press roller is moved to sequentially intersect the straight parts of the fiber bundle while being inclined such that, toward the front end in the moving direction of the press roller, the distance from the roots of the pins in the laminating direction of the fiber bundle layers increases.

According to this configuration, the uniform stress applied to the one plate-like member is converted into stress induced by a point force in the other plate-like member, and then, the induced stress is concentrated on a fixed end side narrow portion in which a piezoresistor is provided. Thus, a novel structure for a piezoresistive surface stress sensor having high sensitivity to uniform stress applied to the surface of the sensor is provided.

The composited cast member includes an iron-based porous substance whose major component is Fe and which has a large number of pores, and a cast-wrapping member whose major component is a light metal and which cast-wraps a part of the iron-based porous substance at least. The iron-based porous substance includes a connector disposed adjacent to a boundary between the iron-based porous substance and the cast-wrapping member and exhibiting a larger porosity, and a high-strength reinforcer disposed in the iron-based porous substance free from the connector and exhibiting a smaller porosity. The connector is impregnated with the cast-wrapping member, and solidifies therewith, thereby firmly bonding the iron-based porous substance and the cast-wrapping member in the composited cast member. The pressure casing secures strength with the reinforcer, and secures adhesiveness with the connector.
