摘要： Embodiments of the invention can provide systems and methods for identifying and measuring trends in consumer content demand within a vertical network of websites and related content. In one embodiment, a method can include receiving content from webpages in at least one vertical; receiving data associated with a plurality of selected keywords associated with the at least one vertical, wherein one or more associations between at least a portion of the plurality of selected keywords can be generated; receiving session data associated with a plurality of consumers accessing content in webpages in the at least one vertical; determining third party data associated with the plurality of consumers accessing at least a portion of webpages comprising at least one of the selected keywords; and aggregating, based at least in part on the third party data, session data associated with visits to the webpages comprising at least one of the selected keywords.

摘要： The present invention provides systems and methods for selling goods and services on in conjunction with the Internet. The system receives session information on a customer's website session from the enterprise's website and may also receive customer information on the customer from the enterprise's system. The system determines from the received information, based on the interaction between matching rules created using the system by the enterprise and the system's matching engine, whether the customer is a candidate for assistance from a sales associate. The system creates and indexes information on available sales associates and their performance, selling capabilities and product expertise. The system further matches the customer with at least one sales associate, ideally the most appropriate sales associate, based on the customer, session, and sales profile associate information, and facilitates communication between the sales associate and the customer.

摘要： The system of the present invention provides systems and methods for selling goods and services on, over, through, and in conjunction with the Internet. The system receives session (clickstream) information on a customer's website session from the enterprise's website and may also receive customer information on the customer from the enterprise's CRM or eCRM system. The session information referred to comprises the goods or services the customer is searching and metadata about such search and the relevant products, such as the surfing pattern itself. The system determines from the received information, based on the interaction between matching rules created using the system by the enterprise and the system's matching engine, whether the customer is a candidate for assistance from a sales associate. The system creates and indexes information on available sales associates and their performance, selling capabilities and product expertise. The system further matches the customer with at least one sales associate, ideally the most appropriate sales associate, based on the customer, session, and sales profile associate information, and facilitates communication between the sales associate and the customer. Additionally, the system provides information on the customer, products or services the customer is interested in, and the collateral sales materials (both internal and external to the enterprise) and selling techniques to the sales associate based on the particular sales opportunity. The system facilitates communication between the sales associate and the customer on the basis of chat, voice over IP, email and the public switched telephone network, including the concept of bridging a chat session into a PSTN conference call during which call the sales associate and customer maintain a co-browsing session with regard to the opportunity over the Internet.

A host computer monitors interactions between end users and personal information providers via an intermediary computer. The host computer includes a processor that receives requests concerning personal information from the intermediary computer and services these requests based on personal information in the personal information store. The host computer processor updates the accounting data associated with the intermediary computer and generates invoices to the intermediary computer based on the updated accounting data.

The processor selects an end user for personal infonmation aggregation. The processor connects with one or more information providers. This retrieval is based on end user data associated with the selected end user and provider data associated with the connected information providers. In some cases the information providers are the second enterprises that manage delivery, in which case they may limit access according to a variety of variables. Also in some cases the providers also provide transactions services, and the specific individuals connecting through the system may accomplish transactions, which may include drag-and-drop implementation.
