摘要： A charging device (supercharger) for internal combustion engines, having at least one turbine part. A mass stream of exhaust gas flows into this via an inflow region, from which a bypass duct branches off for bypassing the at least one turbine part. The bypass duct opens out into a turbine outlet duct at an outlet location in back of the turbine part. The bypass duct is opened or closed either by a first control element situated in the inflow region at the inlet of the bypass duct or by a second control element at the outlet of the bypass duct leading into the turbine outlet duct.

The regulating element is provided in a housing and is designed as a butterfly valve and is continuously pivotable around a pivot axis. The butterfly valve is provided with an edge area on its circumference, which cooperates with stop surfaces of the housing in a sealing area to form a flat seal. The butterfly valve is pivotably supported on at least one journal, the sealing area continuing at least via a partial circumference of a journal section encompassed by a housing sealing surface to form a tight seal.

摘要： A process for the production of compacted granules for use in a detergent composition by providing a homogeneous, solid, free-flowing premix to which a plasticizer or lubricant is added, and extruding the mixture through a perforated die under a pressure of from about 25 bar to about 200 bar to form strands of the mixture. The perforated die has an opening width corresponding to a predetermined size of the granules. After emerging from the perforated die, the strands are cut to the predetermined size of the granules by means of a cutting unit. The process enables the preparation of detergent compositions containing increased contents of surfactant components.

摘要： A method of effecting multi-stage supercharging in internal combustion machines comprising a supercharging system, wherein fresh air is first routed through a low-pressure compressor. At least a portion of the compressed air stream is compressed further in a high-pressure compressor, and the rest of the fresh air compressed in the low-pressure compressor is routed around the high-pressure compressor via a compressor bypass. All the fresh air is ultimately delivered to the internal combustion engine. The compressor bypass is opened or closed by a self-actuating valve in dependence on the differential pressure, the compressor bypass opening as soon as the pressure downstream from the high-pressure compressor is lower than the pressure upstream of the high-pressure compressor.
