摘要： An additive compound for dyeing an aluminum or aluminum alloy substrate after anodic oxidation to provide better uniformity in dyeing and hence a better finished appearance includes a main agent, an auxiliary agent, a pH stabilizer, and an antibacterial agent. The antibacterial agent includes at least one of sorbic acid, fluconazole, itraconazole, Artemisia argyi, benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, and boric acid. An additive solution and a dyeing method are also provided, the use of the compound also allows for a more rapid dyeing process.

摘要： A surface treatment process for a metal article provides a uniform and unblemished surface finish to the metal article. The surface treatment process anodizes the metal article to form an anodic oxide layer on a surface, and the metal article is activated using a pre-dyeing solution. The pre-dyeing solution contains complex organic acid and sodium acetate. The anodic oxide layer of the metal article is dyed for color and the dyed anodic oxide layer of the metal article is finally sealed.

摘要： A load-bearing roller for conveying items includes an outer cylinder and a transmission assembly. The transmission assembly includes a bushing rotatably mounted in an end of the outer cylinder, a transmission member, and a retracting member. The transmission member includes a transmission wheel and a toothed gear non-rotatably coupled to the transmission wheel. The transmission wheel is positioned outside the outer cylinder. The toothed gear is positioned in the bushing. The retracting member is mounted in the bushing. A free end of the retracting member engages with the gear teeth to urge rotation of the bushing and the outer cylinder. When the roller is jammed or prevented from rotating, the retracting member retracts over the teeth of the toothed gear so as to prevent overload of a prime mover. The disclosure also includes a conveying device using the load-bearing roller.

摘要： A method of estimating employee turnover rates obtains original employee data from a preset data source. First data processing is applied to the original employee data to obtain first processed employee data. A training set and a first verification set are selected from the first processed employee data. The training set is used to train a machine learning model to obtain a turnover estimation model. The first verification set is used to verify the turnover estimation model to obtain a first estimation result. The turnover estimation model is optimized according to the first estimation result to obtain an optimized turnover estimation model. Updated employee data and a corresponding employee turnover rate of a second time period are obtained. The method helps to replenish manpower in time and avoids over-recruitment.
