摘要： The exercise device of the present invention includes a convex dome on a bottom surface and an arched ridge on the top surface with troughs formed on both sides of the arched ridge. In a first configuration, the bottom surface faces downward where the convex dome rests on the floor and the exerciser is provided an unstable exercise platform. In a second configuration, the top surface and arched ridge face downward where the ends of the exercise device are resting on the floor and the exerciser is provided a stable exercise platform.

摘要： A small, light personal fitness device offers capability to perform both light and heavy exercises. The invention employs flywheels (61) to provide continual and variable resistance. The invention includes a method to adjust range of motion and a method to view the operating force of the system. Flywheel unit (3) and the hand unit (9) are attached via a cord (21). Handle (1) is held by hand or by foot. Knob (7) is used to wind the cord manually. Knob (13) is used to adjust the length of the cord. The invention also includes a resistance indicator (31) to show the resistance for each exercise, and to allow the user to monitor the exercising progress and increase in strength.

The bag is held open by a collapsible paperboard frame of a unique configuration. The paperboard frame has a bottom element, a first side element, a second side element and a handle structure. When the paperboard frame is in a deployed configuration, the bottom edge, first side edge and second side edge form a triangular frame with a triangular central opening. The triangular frame holds open the open end of the bag. When the paperboard frame is in a folded configuration, the bottom edge, first side edge and the second side edge lay flat atop one another in a compact folded package.
