摘要： A preparation method of adiposomes, and use thereof. Provided is a method for preparing adiposomes consisting of neutral lipids and a monolayer phospholipid membrane, comprising a1) vortexing phospholipid and neutral lipids in a buffer, centrifuging the resulting mixture, and collecting an upper liquid phase; a2) purifying the upper liquid phase twice or more by uniformly mixing the upper liquid phase with the buffer, layering the mixture, and collecting an upper liquid phase; and a3) uniformly mixing the upper liquid phase obtained in step a2) with the buffer, layering the mixture, and collecting a lower liquid phase in containing adiposomes. For the adiposomes prepared by the method, one or more resident proteins and/or functional proteins can be recruited to obtain artificial lipid droplets, and one or more apolipoproteins can be recruited to obtain artificial lipoproteins; and they all play important roles in preparing drugs and/or drug carriers.

摘要： Provided are a method, target and application for NO accumulation to decrease invasiveness of Pseudomonas aeruginosa; achieving NO accumulation by means of external NO donors or disruption of internal NO metabolism in an environment where Pseudomonas aeruginosa is growing or being cultured, in order to decrease production by Pseudomonas aeruginosa of the invasion factor pyocyanin. Utilizing even micro-quantities of NO can significantly inhibit Pseudomonas aeruginosa PCN (PCN synthesis down 82% with 60 μM SNP treatment); by inhibiting NO reductase, an enzyme related to NO metabolism, PCN synthesis can be significantly inhibited (the PAO1-Δnor strain has 84% PCN reduction). Using NO donors or inhibiting enzymes involved in Pseudomonas aeruginosa NO metabolism as a means of combating bacterial infectious disease does not affect the body's normal microflora like traditional antibiotics.

摘要： Provided in the present invention is a method for inducing pluripotent stem cells to differentiate into ventricular myocytes in vitro, which is achieved by maintaining, amplifying and culturing pluripotent stem cells in vitro, adding a substance capable of activating the Smad1/5/8 signaling pathway directly or indirectly into the culture medium when pluripotent stem cells are in the middle stage of myocardial differentiation, i.e. the period of differentiating into cardiac muscle cells from mesoderm cells or myocardial precursor cells, which enables stem cells to differentiate into ventricular myocytes directionally. Ventricular myocytes with biological activity and function are obtained successfully by means of the method of the present invention, which reveals the regulatory mechanism during differentiation of myocardial precursor cells into ventricular myocytes; moreover, the human ventricular myocytes obtained via differentiation can be widely used in treating myocardial infarction by cell transplantation, in toxicological analysis of the heart and in the development of heart-related drugs.
