摘要： In one example, a fluid intake assembly configured to provide an inlet fluid path for a fluid sprayer is provided. The assembly includes a fluid intake assembly body configured to be removably engaged to a portion of the fluid sprayer by rotating the body with respect to the portion of the fluid sprayer. The assembly also includes a fluid inlet tube configured to be supported by the body and extend from the body within a fluid container to provide fluid flow along the inlet fluid path.

摘要： Process for forming an annular member by extruding a thermoplastic profiled strip at an elevated temperature. Prior to cooling the strip, the still-molten ends undergo in-line compression molding to form an annular member having a joint section. The cross-section of the annular member is continuous in the joint section and the remainder of the body. Preferably, the extrudate may contain a thermoplastic elastomer, more preferably a thermoplastic vulcanizate formed by a dynamic vulcanization process. During the extrusion and compression molding processes, the extrudate may be supported on a rotatable turntable, or alternately on a rotatable molding cylinder.

摘要： A fixture for supporting a sensing device on a variety of differently sized and shaped articles and for protectively enclosing such a sensing device when the article is moved during use includes a base including a pair of spaced apart feet that engage the outer surface of the article. The feet defined a recessed area in the bottom surface of the base that can receive portions of the article therein regardless of the radius of curvature or other shape thereof. An enclosure area is provided in the base that can receive a sensing device therein. A lid cooperates with the base to provide a protective enclosure for the enclosed area and the sensing device disposed therein. The lid can be retained on the base by any desired retaining structure. A seal can be provided between the lid and the base to prevent dirt, water, and other contaminants from entering into the enclosed area when the lid cooperates with the base. A counterweight can be supported on the outer surface of the article opposite to the base to reduce or eliminate any rotational imbalance in the article that would otherwise occur if only the base, the lid, and the sensing device were secured thereto.
