    • Disclosed is a visual inspection apparatus for a glass substrate of a liquid crystal display, comprising an inspection platform and at least two slide rails. The glass substrate for inspection is fixedly located on an inspection platform main body. The slide rails are installed at two adjacent sides of the main body leastwise. Length directions of the slide rails are parallel with a level of the main body. The lengths of the two adjacent slide rails are mutually perpendicular; the visual inspection apparatus further comprises a coordinate reader. The coordinate reader is slidably jointed to the slide rails and employed to cross above the level of the main body to form a locating point. An inspector reads a coordinate of the locating point to acquire a corresponding coordinate of the glass substrate. The present invention also provides an inspection method for a glass substrate of a liquid crystal display.

    • The present invention discloses a panel transferring apparatus. The panel transferring apparatus comprises a panel supporting mechanism for supporting a panel. The panel supporting mechanism comprises a plurality of primary supports spaced apart from each other; and a plurality of secondary supports disposed on the primary supports and extending lateral to the primary supports, wherein the primary supports and the secondary supports cooperate to support the panel. The present invention further discloses a panel supporting mechanism. With the aforesaid arrangement of the panel transferring apparatus and the panel supporting mechanism thereof of the present invention, a contact area between the panel supporting mechanism and the panel is increased by disposing the plurality of secondary supports on the plurality of primary supports. Thereby, flexure of the panel is lessened, the production cost is lowered and the production cycle is shortened.

    • A fabricating method for controlling a hole-wall angle of a contact hole in a liquid crystal display (LCD) device is disclosed, which comprises the following steps of: A) applying a photoresist on a substrate to form a photoresist layer; B) exposing the photoresist layer by using a photo-hardening monomer of a predetermined pattern; and C) using a developer to develop the photoresist layer to obtain a hole-wall having a preset angle of the contact hole by controlling a development duration, a development temperature and a concentration of the developer. The present disclosure accurately controls the hole-wall inclination angle of the contact hole to range between 45° and 70° by means of the melting point characteristics of the photoresist comprising a photo-hardening monomer.

    • The embodiment of the present invention provides a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel. The method comprises: alternately processing a first substrate and a second substrate on a production line for achieving an array process of the first substrate and the second substrate, coating a sealant, coating a silver adhesive and dispensing a liquid crystal (LC) mixed with monomers, wherein the first substrate is a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate, and the second substrate is a color filter (CF) substrate; assembling the first substrate and the second substrate as a large panel and curing the sealant there between; applying a voltage and irradiating an ultraviolet light to the large panel, so as to allow LC molecules in the large panel to have a pre-tile angle; and cutting the large panel according to a predetermined size, thereby achieving the LCD panel. The method and the apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention for manufacturing the LCD panel can achieve the production of the LCD panel on the single production line, thus preventing idle times on the production line and raising the production efficiency. The occupied area of the equipments for manufacturing the LCD panel can be decreased, and the production cost of the LCD panel can be reduced.
