摘要： A liquid crystal display comprises a pair of substrates, transparent electrodes respectively formed thereon and a liquid crystal material layer inserted between the electrodes, and is characterized in that a liquid crystalline polymer orientation layer is formed on at least one of the liquid crystal material layers, and the liquid crystalline polymer orientation layer functions as an optical phase retardation film. The phase retardation of the light transmitting liquid crystal layer is compensated by the liquid crystalline polymer orientation layer, which enhances contrast. The liquid crystalline polymer layer can also be used as an optical phase retardation film.

Semiconductor superlattice distributed Bragg reflectors can be used as the resonance cavity to achieve sharp tuning and monolithic integration, and the wedged distributed Bragg reflector configuration resonance cavity provides a sequential wavelength detection range. A linear array having resolution a fraction of the photodiodes bandwidth and a square-matrix array with a wedged etalon for high resolution, are disclosed. The disclosed photodiode array make a pocket-type wavelength meter feasible and can be used as a substitute for a spectrometer.

The fluid jetting apparatuses are completed as a wafer unit by forming the nozzle part by forming a nozzle plate on a substrate of a wafer by a spinning process; forming jetting fluid barriers on the nozzle plate by the spinning process; forming jetting fluid chambers in the jetting fluid barriers; forming nozzles in the nozzle plate; and separating the substrate from the nozzle plate after the nozzle part and the membrane are adhered to each other. The forming jetting fluid chambers is accomplished by a process of wet etching, and the forming nozzles is accomplished by a treating apparatus of a laser beam or by a process of reactive ion etching.

摘要： The present invention provides a polyphenylene sulfide synthetic hair filament. The synthetic hair filament comprises (A) a polyphenylene sulfide resin; and (B) an inorganic particle quencher additive, wherein said PPS resin melt index range is 60˜110, wherein said inorganic quencher additive is added at 0.1˜2.0 parts by weight on a 100 parts by weight PPS resin. The synthetic hair filament has a filament size of about 30 to about 80 dtex. The polyphenylene sulfide resin (A) has a p-phenylene sulfide repeating unit above 85% mole. The inorganic particle quencher additive may be of silicon dioxide, talc or the combinations thereof. A suitable inorganic particle quencher additive has an average diameter range of 0.01˜3.0 μm.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for adaptive data transmission enabling data transmission in a variable transmission rate in a communication system, where a number of users share a transmission medium to transmit data in the variable transmission rate, by using a transmission capacity which is not being currently used even if allocated to some users. According to the invention, the transmission rate variation rates of each of the variable transmission rate data transmission services are controlled within the spirit of current variable transmission rate services so that the data traffic of the existing variable transmission rate transmission services which is actually unable to be forecasted can be forecasted. Therefore, the idle transmission capacity available can be forecasted so that the data can be transmitted by using the idle capacity. In this way, the transmission capacity of the system can be more efficiently used.
