A swaging structure comprises at least a to-be-swaged member required to have airtightness to a surrounding environment and a swaging member configured to retain the to-be-swaged member by a swaging processing, the swaging member has an annular side wall surrounding the to-be-swaged member to retain the to-be-swaged member after the swaging processing and the swaging structure further includes an annular spacer including therein a penetration hole to be sandwiched between the to-be-swaged member and the annular side wall after the swaging processing.

摘要： A throttle device to decompress a refrigerant and to deliver the refrigerant to an evaporator, may have an opening level of a needle valve controlled following a condensation pressure. Inside a case including a primary chamber connected to the condenser and a secondary chamber connected to the evaporator, a valve seat formed with a port and a guide integral to the valve seat are provided. A spring to energize the needle valve toward the port side is provided inside the guide. The guide guides the needle valve along a line allowing an opening level of the port to be variable. A space between the guide and the case forms a channel to deliver the refrigerant from the port to the secondary chamber. A rear space of the needle valve within the guide forms an intermediate chamber. An intermediate channel introduces the refrigerant from the port into the intermediate chamber.

摘要： In an electromagnetic control valve configured to cancel out forces acting on a valve body by differential pressure using a diaphragm, pressure tightness and durability of the diaphragm are improved. A needle-shaped projection is formed on a lower end of a piston section of a valve rod that is a drive shaft. An insertion hole is formed in the center of a diaphragm guide. The center of the diaphragm is stuck on the needle-shaped projection to make it pass through it. The needle-shaped projection is inserted into the insertion hole in the diaphragm guide. An end of the needle-shaped projection is spot-welded. The diaphragm is stuck with the needle-shaped projection to fix it to the valve rod without cutting a base fabric of the diagram. A needle-shaped projection may be formed on the diaphragm guide and an insertion hole may be formed in the valve rod.
