摘要： The present invention relates to a method, device and a computer program product for compensated staff data for one or more care units which are related to a plurality of care unit observations. The method comprises receiving staff data, receiving patient data relating to a plurality of care need parameters, determining a care need for each of a plurality of patients based on the patient data, receiving care unit data, and generating compensated staff data for the one or more care units based on the care need, the staff data and the care unit data, and transmitting the compensated staff data. By using the invention, compensated staff data may be provided in an efficient and reliable manner.
