    • The present invention relates to a substrate testing circuit comprising a testing bus and a testing signal terminal connected to the testing bus, a signal line to be tested in the substrate being connected to the testing bus via a signal connecting terminal, wherein a plurality of signal access terminals are provided on the testing bus; one testing branch is connected between each the signal access terminal and the testing signal terminal; and resistance values of the testing branches are the same. By means of the present invention, since a plurality of signal access terminals are introduced and the testing branches with the same resistance are added so that input resistances and impedances of testing signals across the display screen are substantially identical without making changes to process flow and device hardware structure, input resistances and impedances of respective signal lines are well averaged, thereby no obvious regional attenuation occurs in the testing signals within the pixel area to be tested irrespective of limitation in size of panel, so as to realize tests for panels with greater sizes.

    • A variable valve apparatus includes a high lift cam and a low lift cam in parallel with the high lift cam. A tappet body includes a high lift tappet body that constantly contacts the high lift cam, and a low lift tappet body that is disposed in the high lift tappet body and selectively contacts the low lift cam. An inner column is connected with a valve and reciprocally disposed within the low lift tappet body. A supporting member is disposed below the tappet body. A lost motion elastic member is disposed between the supporting member and the tappet body for supplying restoring force to the tappet body. A first connector selectively connects the high lift tappet body and the low lift tappet body. A second connector selectively connects the low lift tappet body and the inner column.

    • A tappet apparatus cooperates with a valve and a cam. The apparatus includes a case to reciprocate motion of the cam; and a locking unit in the ease, movable between an activated position at which the valve reciprocates motion of the case, and a deactivated position at which the valve is stationary regardless of the motion of the case. The locking unit may include first and second passages in the case; a pin, movable between a first and a second position within the first passage; and a column in the second passage. The pin may be situated in the column when the pin is in the second position. The activated position may be defined by the pin being in the first position, and the deactivated position may be defined by the pin being in the second position.
