摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an electrode sintered body wherein shrinkage is prohibited and conductivity is good. An electrode sintered body including intermetallic compound comprising nickel and aluminum is provided. And then an internal electrode paste, which can inhibit shrinkage of an internal electrode layer, is manufactured by raising sintering temperature of conducting particle materials constituting internal electrode sheet to be internal electrode layers after firing. Further, a high-function multilayer electronic device using electrode paste for internal electrodes is manufactured.

The inner multilayer portion includes a plurality of first ceramic layers and a plurality of internal circuit element conductors which are alternately laminated and contain a glass component. A component amount ratio of an amount of the glass component in the second ceramic layers to an amount of a principal component of the second ceramic layers is larger than a component amount ratio of an amount of the glass component in the first ceramic layers to an amount of a principal component of the first ceramic layers.

摘要： A green sheet coating material including ceramic powder, a binder resin including a butyral based resin as the main component, and a solvent. The solvent includes a first solvent medium having a relatively low boiling point, wherein said binder resin is easy to be dissolved, and a second solvent medium having a relatively high boiling point. The boiling point of the second solvent medium is in a range of 130 to 230° C. The second solvent medium is included by 5 to 70 wt %, and more preferably 8 to 52 wt % with respect to 100 wt % of the entire solvent.
