    • A repeater apparatus for detecting a downlink HARQ ACK/NACK feedback signal from a base station is provided. An RF (Radio Frequency) unit receives specific channel configuration information which includes offset information indicating the starting point of a specific channel to which said HARQ ACK/NACK feedback signal is transmitted from the base station and the position of the specific channel allocated for an exclusive use of the repeater apparatus within the specific channel from said start point, and receives the HARQ ACK/NACK feedback signal from the base station for an uplink transmission of the repeater. The processor detects the specific channel allocated for exclusive use of the repeater apparatus based on the received specific channel configuration information thereby decoding the received HARQ ACK/NACK feedback signal.

    • Disclosed are a method and apparatus for transceiving data via a contention based physical uplink data channel. A terminal apparatus, which transmits data via a contention based physical uplink data channel, comprises: a transmitter which transmits data via a contention based physical uplink data channel and scheduling request information via a scheduling request channel simultaneously or consecutively to a base station; a receiver which receives a physical hybrid-ARQ indicator channel (PHICH) or an uplink (UL) grant message from the base station; and a processor which decodes the physical hybrid-ARQ indicator channel (PHICH) or the uplink (UL) grant message to determine whether an ACK signal or a NACK signal is indicated. Here, the scheduling request channel can be a specific channel allocated to the terminal apparatus so as to discriminate the terminal from other terminal apparatuses.

    • The present invention provides an apparatus for transmitting and receiving control information and system information for repeaters and a method thereof. According to the present invention, a base station apparatus is provided for transmitting control information for repeaters, wherein a transmitter transmits, to each repeater, interleaving mode information and information on resource areas in which R-PDCCHs (Relay-Physical Downlink Control Channel) of each repeater are allocated. The information on the resource areas includes the control information for each repeater, and the interleaving mode information is related to the interleaving modes which are applied to the R-PDCCHs that are allocated to each repeater. Furthermore, a processor performs a control operation so that among the R-PDCCHs of each repeater, and R-PDCCH of a first repeater can be allocated with an R-PDCCH of another repeater at a first interleaving mode in a first resource area and an R-PDCCH of a second repeater can be allocated at a second interleaving mode in a second resource area.
