    • A method and a device for detecting a 1588 time error between network elements are disclosed. The method includes: a 1588 time network is established for an entire network; when it is required to detect a 1588 time error between a network element and its opposite network element, the network elements transmit, probe packets, each including a local timestamp to each other; and the network element receiving a probe packet calculates, according to a preset time difference algorithm, a time difference between the local timestamp and the timestamp in the probe packet, determines, according to the time difference, whether there is a failure in a detection path, and reports an alarm when there is a failure in the detection path. The disclosure prevents erroneous time transmission due to the time error, thus ensuring the network stability.

The method includes the steps of: receiving first connection data including information of an operational status of measurement transformer to busbar zone connections; determining all pairs of connected busbar zone to busbar zone connections based on the first connection data; comparing data representing pairs of busbar zone to busbar zone connections, based on the comparing; assigning each pair of busbar zones which has a busbar zone in common with at least another pair of busbar zone to busbar zone connection to a respective protection zone; and defining any busbar zone that is not connected to any other busbar zone as a protection zone. The present invention also relates to a computer program product and a device for carrying out the method.

    • The present invention discloses a time synchronization method and apparatus. The method comprises: each net element node locks a clock synchronization signal of its upper-level net element node through a physical channel, and a clock synchronization network is established; and each net element node performs time counting by using the locked clock synchronization signal and performs time compensation according to the time counting through a time synchronization protocol to realize time synchronization. Through the present invention, each net element node performs the time counting by using the locked clock signal, and performs the time compensation according to the time counting to realize the time synchronization, thus the problem that the accumulative effect of phase transfer results in very obvious phase delay in the related technologies is solved, so as to reduce the phase delay and realize high precision, high interference resistance and reliability.

    • An outdoor LED lamp assembly includes a receiving member and an LED lamp mounted on the receiving member. The LED lamp includes a heat sink and a plurality of LED modules mounted on the heat sink. The receiving member includes a bottom plate. A plurality of screw assemblies extends through the bottom plate to engage with the receiving member to mount the bottom plate on the receiving member. Each of the screw assemblies includes a screw and a circlip snapping the screw. The screw includes a head and a thread portion extending from the head. The threaded portion threadedly engages in the receiving member. The bottom plate of the receiving member is sandwiched between the head and the circlip. A wire interconnects the receiving member and the bottom plate. The screws are remained on the bottom plate when the screws are loosened from the receiving member.
