    • A production planning support method and a system thereof are disclosed, wherein in order to facilitate the change in the production plan to suppress the inventory increase, the future timing to order the parts with an increased order amount and the quantity of the parts already ordered for the production planning amount at a given timing are grasped in advance. The feature of the invention lies in that the part order timing information is collected for each order timing and converted into the amount of money thereby to calculate the order amount for each order timing. The result is formed into graphs, so that the production planning amount at a given timing and the order amount required for the parts to meet the production plan collectively shown for each period are presented as juxtaposed graphs to the user.

    • A technique is provided that supports making evaluations of impact on a business performance indicator, which varies depending on timing at which a change of plan is decided. A sales plan evaluation support system, includes: a unit which obtains master information that includes a sales plan of a product and is used as input for material requirements planning (MRP) calculation; a first MRP calculating unit which obtains a first order-placement plan through MRP calculation by using the master information as input, the first order-placement plan including an ordered-item count and an order-placement date of a required item for the product; a revision timing setting unit which sets timing for revising the sales plan; a master modifying unit which modifies the master information; and a second MRP calculating unit which obtains a second order-placement plan through MRP calculation by using an order-placement plan having an order-placement date preceding the revision timing included in the first order-placement plan, as an order-placement plan which has been implemented prior to the revision timing, and by using, as input, master information modified by the master modifying unit, the second order-placement plan including an ordered-item count and an order-placement date of a required item for the product.

    • A device for supporting goods delivery schedule coordination includes: a storage unit retaining information of a delivery schedule and transportation lead time; a computation unit having a transportation lead-time converting unit which calculates the shipment date in the delivery schedule and stores that as an updated delivery schedule; an output unit which outputs by a screen the information of the updated delivery schedule based on two types of timing of arrival-date basis and shipment-date basis; and a control unit having a schedule-coordination-information receiving unit which receives information of the delivery schedule requested to be coordinated and stores that as a coordination-requested schedule. The computation unit further has a schedule-coordinatable-period calculating unit which stores the delivery schedule included in the coordinatable period as a coordinatable period. The output unit distinguishably displays a range about the coordinatable period.
