摘要： A system and method for enhanced messaging with a patient of a retail pharmacy matches a data payload to one a plurality of communication rules, wherein each of the plurality of communication rules is associated with a message type, and wherein the data payload is indicative of a prescription transaction provided to the retail pharmacy for the patient. A message is created based on the message type associated with the matching one of the plurality of communication rules, and is sent to a mobile communication device associated with the payload and with the patient. The message includes an application address associated with the message type. Upon selection of the application address via patient interaction with the mobile communication device, a progressive web application associated with the application address is executed via which the retail pharmacy interactively provides at least one retail pharmacy service to the patient.
