摘要： A method and system for distributing messages to mobile stations operating in a picocell network that is communicatively coupled to a macrocell network. In one example, the macrocell network may receive a message that includes an identifier of the picocell network and send the message to the picocell network. In turn, the picocell network may receive the message, responsively identify each mobile station operating in the picocell network, and then send a given instance of the message to the identified mobile stations. In another example, a macrocell network may maintain data indicating an identifier of each mobile station operating in the picocell network, receive a message that includes an identifier of the picocell network, use the maintained data to identify each mobile station operating in the picocell network, and send a given instance of the message to the identified mobile stations via the picocell network.

摘要： A fixed-blade knife includes a unitary blade having an implement, a tang, and a pivot region between the implement and the tang. The unitary blade is disposed between a pair of parallel and spaced-apart side pieces that pivot to cover or expose the implement. In the pivoted position wherein the implement is exposed, the side pieces form part of the handle that is used to grasp the knife. A locking structure locks the side pieces in a selectable position, and a limit structure prevents overrotation of the side pieces.

摘要： An improved exercise bar for performing chin-up and pull-up exercises. According to a preferred embodiment, the exercise bar comprises an elongate member having a first upper arcuate portion extending along the length thereof and an angled portion extending downwardly therefrom. A third portion extends from the second angled portion and is preferably oriented such that, in use, the same is in generally perpendicular orientation with level ground. The first arcuate portion is designed to support the phalanx bones of the fingers, whereas the second angled portion supports the bones and muscles located in the palmar sections of the hands. The third portion supports the distal-most ends of the wrist bones. The exercise bar may be mountable upon a wall or may be formed as part of a free-standing apparatus. The exercise bar may further be formed to have a generally arcuate shape for the performance of wide-grip pull-up exercises, or may further include an attachment mechanism for use in lat pull-down exercises.

Safety web 10 is adapted to form a secure containment volume 22 that prevents lid 14 from becoming an airborne safety hazard. Safety web 10 includes a belt 20 for securing the safety web to the drum. The ends of belt 20 are secured to a ratcheting turnbuckle 25 that allows adjustment of the length of belt 20. Safety web 10 further includes a plurality of radial straps 30 radially disposed about belt 20. The ends 32 of radial straps 30 are fixedly secured to belt 20. Radial straps 30 are further fixedly secured to each other at a central point 35 defined by the midpoint of each radial strap 30. An annular strap 40 is provided on safety web 10 between belt 20 and central point 35. In order to allow an operator to vent pressure off of the drum with safety web 10 in place on drum 12, a steel elongated pry bar 50 is also provided. Elongated pry bar 50 has a first end 55 adapted for grasping by the operator and a second end 60 adapted to engage the perimetric lip 62 of the drum lid so as to pry the lip 62 of the drum lid 14 upwards. A bend 65 and a short cross-member 70 cooperate to act as a fulcrum.

摘要： A retail payment, advertising, and content switching system and method are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a secure content source or a non-secure content source is allowed to drive a customer user interface, respectively, without compromising security requirements. The content may be video, audio, prompts, or any other type of content. A secure controller is provided to control one or more user input devices and a user interface access module to control whether a secure source or a non-secure source drives the user interface, depending on the security mode of the system. The secure controller, the user interface access module, and the customer input devices are provided in an anti-tampering module. The secure controller prevents the non-secure source from providing unauthorized prompts on the customer user interface to “fake out” the customer so that sensitive customer information is not passed “in the clear.”
