摘要： Disclosed are a method and/or a system of insurance rate optimization through driver behavior which includes a computer server of the driver monitoring environment to determine if a newly insured driver operating a private vehicle is adhering to a set of parameters set by an entity i.e. a driving school, an insurance provider and/or a family member of the newly insured driver. The system assigns a credit to the newly insured driver when it adheres to the set of parameters. The newly insured driver is monitored by the entity. A metadata is generated which includes a behavioral trait of the newly insured driver and an insurance rate is set through the insurance provider based on an adherence to the set of parameters set by the entity.

The method includes receiving an emergency vehicle alert request message from an emergency vehicle transmitter, receiving passenger vehicle location data from a plurality of passenger vehicle user computing devices located in a plurality of passenger vehicles, wherein the passenger vehicle location data includes a present passenger vehicle location and a present passenger vehicle trajectory, identifying an alert zone for the emergency vehicle based on the present emergency vehicle location and the present emergency vehicle trajectory, identifying a vehicle zone for each of the plurality of passenger vehicles, identifying a subset of the passenger vehicles within the alert zone by comparing each vehicle zone to the alert zone, and transmitting a warning to the subset of passenger vehicles via the passenger vehicle user computing devices.

摘要： A tool holding device is disclosed that securely but removeably holds tools such as cordless drills and nail guns to a tool user by means of a hook and or lanyard. The device is comprised of a belt mounted holder, a mechanical fastening device that is fastened to the handle of a tool, and a J-shaped hook that removeably attaches on one end to the handle mounted mechanical fastening device and on the other end to a belt mounted holder. This invention allows the tool user to securely hold their tools to themselves without endangering those working near by. The belt mounted holder provides a spring biased structure to secure itself to a belt or clothing as well as structure to securely receive one end of the J-shaped hook which can be removeably attached to the handle of a tool by the handle mounted mechanical fastening device attached to the other end.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and system for preventing unsolicited bulk email (UBE). Spammers sending UBE typically capitalize on the weakness of SMTP. The present invention affixes a subscriber key value to the local part of an email address. The email and associated key value are sent to a server where the subscriber key value, and subscriber and recipient email addresses are associated and stored into a database. Once stored, the email is sent to the ultimate recipient. A recipient is in possession of a subscriber key value can use this key value to sign an email they intend to send to the original subscriber/sender. Recipient will then send this signed email to a server where the association between the subscriber and the subscriber key value is verified. Once verified the email is sent to the subscriber. In some embodiments, the verification process is not controlled by a server.

Upon a ticket number being generated for the customer, the customer may disconnect or hang up, and an absentee contact is maintained in a queuing system. This allows the customer to reconnect within a predefined period and regain a place in a queue, possibly at a more advantageous position or at the top of the queue. Alternatively, the customer may reconnect at a less favorable position, but without having to re-enter all customer details in order to be allocated to an appropriate queue.
