摘要： The invention relates to a method to characterize a protein as RNA-binding protein, said method comprising steps of: a) modeling the protein using a template structure; b) analyzing the modeled protein for RNA-binding site(s); and c) docking the analyzed modeled protein with polyadenylated RNA using co-ordinates of RNA complexed with polyadenide binding for said chacterisation. The invention especially relates to a method to characterize Gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) as RNA-binding protein, said method comprising steps of: a) modeling the GGT using a template structure; b) analyzing the modeled GGT for RNA-binding site(s); and c) docking the analyzed modeled GGT with polyadenylated RNA using coordinates of RNA complexed with polyadenide protein for said characterisation.

摘要： Multiple architects may concurrently create and modify a model of computer software, each on their own client at a different location. Each change that is made to a model is forwarded to a server for analysis. The server may determine whether the change creates a conflict. If no conflict is detected, the change may be approved, saved, and propagated by the server to all of the other clients that are working on the same model. If a conflict is detected, on the other hand, the change may not be approved by the server. The server may instead provide notice of the conflict.
