    • A system of managing collaborative session control when controller is lost or changes to passive-control mode in a data communication network comprising of a control-capable terminal device that can generate and send user preferences on successive controller selection and control policy, a master server device that can make control transfer decisions or take over control upon events, a normal terminal device that can process and response to master server queries on control capacity and its willingness to take over control. These apparatus are connected to each other inside one collaborative session, regardless of their subscriptions. A method of control management of the collaborative session without constant enrollment of controller comprises the steps of sending different types of preferences to master server device; making control transfer or handover decision; and interacting with affected terminals.

    • A technology is disclosed for certainly performing dynamic routing and error checking processes in the mobile network. According to this technology, the home agent sets up a Binding Acknowledgement message with a smaller Lifetime value when receiving a Binding Update message from a mobile router. During this smaller Lifetime, the mobile router can send a Routing Update message to the home agent. Thus, the home agent, for example, can check consistency of prefix information specified in the Biding Update with route installed by the Routing Update message. The present invention can be applied to both two distinct modes (explicit mode and implicit mode) that prefix information is specified in the Binding Update or not.

    • A wireless communication system is provided for rapidly establishing the QoS resource on different communication networks. In this system, the NAP (104) evaluates a network resource used by the MT (106), and generates the QoS history information unit indicating the evaluation result.
