    • A system and method for providing challenge-response solutions to authenticate a user have been provided. The system includes web server comprising interlinking means adapted to interlink a plurality of images with unique index values such that each of the images has a unique index value. The web server includes registration means adapted to enable users to select at least two interlinked images for the purpose of registration. The web server includes challenge generation means adapted to generate, transmit an authentication challenge of the form of one-time equation. The web server, prior to transmitting the one-time equation, computes the value of the equation based on at least the sequence specified by the user. The web server compares the value calculated by the user with the value calculated prior to transmission and authenticates the user only in the event that said value calculated by the user is equivalent to the stored value.

    • A system and method for three level authentication of a user has been disclosed. The system 100 performs three level authentication: first level being selection of at least one predefined image from a plurality of images including decoy images; second level being selection of at least one predefined tile in the tiled version of the selected images to generate a transaction key; and the third level being entering a transaction key generated after first and second level are successfully completed, which is used for final account login and grant of transaction rights. The authentication is done on user's computing node 110 by communicating with authentication server 102 for first and second level authentication and the transaction key for third level authentication being generated by transaction key generating server 124 and transmitted on to user's computing node.

    • A system and method for online authentication having at least two levels of authentication has been disclosed. The two levels of authentication provide total security of privileged information by requiring users to authenticate themselves in two stages/levels. The first level of authentication involves simple alphanumeric password verification, which if successful, is followed by a second level of graphical password verification. The graphical password verification is based on the novel concept of challenging users with a dotted grid to enable users to create a non-definable vector pattern of definitive lines by sequentially joining pre-determined dots in the grid.

    • A hybrid telecommunication system for providing data to a requesting mobile device has been disclosed. The system includes a base station server adapted to receive the data request signals. The base station server is adapted to sense the density of current data signals on the conventional wireless network and subsequently redirect at least some of the received data request signals from the conventional wireless network to the hybrid data server connected to a wireline network in the event that the density of data signals present on the conventional wireless network exceeds a pre-determined threshold value. Once the data request signals are redirected to the hybrid data server, the rest of the communication to and from the requesting mobile device takes place through a private, wireless communication bandwidth.
