In one example, a quantum computing device comprises a system memory and a processor device communicatively coupled to the system memory. The processor device is to receive a push notification that includes an identifier of a qubit and a push notification payload, such as a data value to be written to the qubit and/or one or more qubit manipulation commands to be performed using the qubit. Upon receiving the push notification, the processor device obtains write access to the qubit, and then applies the push notification payload to the qubit, for example by writing the data value to the qubit and/or by executing the one or more qubit manipulation commands using the qubit.

摘要： Aspects and features of the present disclosure can provide encryption to maintain data privacy while allowing deduplication of some client data by or cloud-based storage platforms. Data can be identified as public data and left unencrypted so that it can be deduplicated. Other data can be identified as personal data, which can be encrypted with a personal key, or as group data, which can be encrypted with a shared, group key. Identifying the data can include storing the data in storage regions within a closed environment. The storage regions can be established, at the client, in a storage platform, or both. Optionally, a storage platform can include multiple storage regions for multiple groups of users, wherein each group is assigned its own unique encryption key. Such data can thus automatically be subject to the same deduplication routines as unencrypted data.

摘要： Methods and systems are provided for assigning nodes to execute functions in a serverless computing environment. In one embodiment, a method is provided that includes receiving a function for execution in a serverless computing environment and identifying a storage pool needed during execution of the function. The serverless computing environment may include nodes for executing functions and a first set of nodes may be identified that implement the storage pool. Colocation measures may be determined between the first set of nodes and a second set of nodes. Available computing resources may be determined for the second set of nodes, such as available processing cores and available memory. The second set of nodes may be ranked according to the colocation measures and the available computing resources and a first node may be selected based on the ranking. The first node may be assigned to execute the function.
