摘要： One embodiment is a hardcoat multilayer film which includes layers, namely, a first hardcoat, a second hardcoat and a transparent resin film sequentially from the surface layer side. The first hardcoat is formed from a coating material that does not contain inorganic particles, while containing 100 parts by mass of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, 0.5-20 parts by mass of (B) a compound having two or more secondary thiol groups in each molecule, 0.01-7 parts by mass of (C) a water repellent agent and 0.01-10 parts by mass of (D) a silane coupling agent; and the second hardcoat is formed from a coating material that contains 100 parts by mass of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and 30-300 parts by mass of (F) inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm. The polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (A) may contain 20% by mass or more of a tripentaerythritol acrylate. The coating material which forms the first hardcoat may additionally contain 0.1-5 parts by mass of (E) a thiophenyl-based photopolymerization initiator.

摘要： Embodiments provide a method for producing a film including a thermoplastic resin composition, the method including: (1) a step of subjecting a thermoplastic resin composition to preliminary heating at 100-250° C.; (2) a step of subjecting a first roller and second roller of a calender roll film-forming apparatus to pre-heating; and (3) a step of introducing the thermoplastic resin composition, which has been subjected to preliminary heating in step (1), into the clearance between the first roller and second roller, which have been pre-heated in step (2), and continuously winding a molten film of the thermoplastic resin composition on the first roller. According to at least one embodiment, the rotational speed of the first roller is higher than the rotational speed of the second roller. According to at least one embodiment, the thermoplastic resin composition contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin, (B) 1-60 parts by mass of carbon nanotubes and (C) 1-100 parts by mass of at least one type of material selected from the group consisting of acetylene black and graphite.

Another embodiment provides a molded body that includes a resin substrate and in which a part or all of the surface of the substrate is coated with a hard coat, a first hard coat is formed from a coating material that does not contain inorganic particles, a second hard coat is formed from a coating material containing inorganic particles, (i) the total light transmittance is 85% or more, and (ii) the pencil hardness of the surface of the first hard coat is 5H or more.

摘要： Embodiments of the invention provide a method for producing a multilayer coated film which involves obtaining a first layered body by forming, on a film substrate, a wet-coated film including a coating material (A) containing an active energy ray-curable resin which contains a first photopolymerization initiator and a second photopolymerization initiator, the reaction wavelengths of which differ from one another; and forming a pre-cured coated film including the coating material (A) in a dry-to-the-touch state by preliminarily curing the wet-coated film including the coating material (A), by irradiating the first layered body with active energy rays which include the reaction wavelength of the first photopolymerization initiator and do not include the reaction wavelength of the second photopolymerization initiator. The method further includes obtaining a second layered body by forming a wet-coated film including a coating material (B) on the pre-cured coated film including the coating material (A); and obtaining the multilayer coated film by fully curing the pre-cured coated film including the coating material (A) by irradiating the second layered body with active energy rays including the reaction wavelength of the second photopolymerization initiator.

摘要： The present invention pertains to a process for producing an article from a layered hard coat object including a hard coat layer and a transparent-resin film layer in this order from the outermost layer side, the process comprising: a step (A) in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of a support having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on at least one surface thereof is temporarily applied to at least one surface of the layered hard coat object to obtain a temporarily support-bearing layered hard coat object; a step (B) in which at least one processing method selected from the group consisting of router processing, water-jet processing, laser processing, and punching is applied to the temporarily support-bearing layered hard coat object to cut the temporarily support-bearing layered hard coat object into a given shape, thereby obtaining a temporarily support-bearing cut article; and a step (C) in which at least one kind of energy selected from the group consisting of heat and actinic rays is applied to the temporarily support-bearing cut article to reduce the strength of tackiness between the support and the article to 2 N/2.5 cm or less.
