The second container is closed with a plug that may carry a vase for holding cut flowers, greenery and so forth. Preferably, the urn has identical openings at opposing ends, so that the first container may close either opening and the other opening can be closed by a plug.

摘要： In one embodiment, a method for depositing a tungsten material on a substrate within a process chamber is provided which includes exposing the substrate to a gaseous mixture containing a tungsten precursor and a reducing gas to deposit a tungsten nucleation layer on the substrate during a tungsten deposition process. The process further includes removing reaction by-products generated during the tungsten deposition process from the process chamber, exposing the substrate to the reducing gas to react with residual tungsten precursor within the process chamber during a soak process, removing reaction by-products generated during the soak process from the process chamber, and repeating the tungsten deposition process and the soak process during a cyclic deposition process. In the examples, the reducing gas may contain diborane or silane.

摘要： Several techniques are described for reducing or mitigating the formation of seams and/or voids in electroplating the interior regions of microscopic recessed features. Cathodic polarization is used to mitigate the deleterious effects of introducing a substrate plated with a seed layer into an electroplating solution. Also described are diffusion-controlled electroplating techniques to provide for bottom-up filling of trenches and vias, avoiding thereby sidewalls growing together to create seams/voids. A preliminary plating step is also described that plates a thin film of conductor on the interior surfaces of features leading to adequate electrical conductivity to the feature bottom, facilitating bottom-up filling.

摘要： A leadframe has conductive fingers with an insulating film located on a first portion of the fingers. The insulating film has openings into which contact pads formed of a noble metal are provided. Pads on a chip are wire bonded to these contact pads on the leadframe. The first portion is encapsulated in a molded package. The structure inhibits silver migration, provides insulation between wires and leadframe, and provides improved adhesion between plastic package and leadframe. A single insulating film with openings for providing the contact pads provides all these features.

摘要： A device for the eradication of fire ants includes a reservoir for the introduction of liquid insecticide, a conduit that transports liquid insecticide from the reservoir to a dispersion manifold, and a pointed tip to facilitate pushing the device into the ground. The manifold has a main passage in fluid communication with the interior of the conduit and a plurality of lateral holes in communication with the main passage that lead to the exterior surface of the manifold. The exterior surface of the manifold has an annular channel where the holes emerge from the manifold to space the holes apart from the dirt of the wall of the bore hole formed as the device is pushed into the ground. This gap helps to keep the holes free of dirt and soil particles so the pesticide can flow freely from the device. The reservoir is sized to hold an effective amount of insecticide, approximately one quart or more.
