    • A fluorescent color scanning method is disclosed to include the steps of: scanning a standard white to obtain a first reference white W1; reducing the scanning brightness and then scanning the standard white to obtain a second reference white W2; using the first reference white and second reference white to scan every scanning document and then storing the respective scanning results Pm and Qm; and comparing Qm to W2 so as to determine if the document contains a fluorescent color or not subject to: (i) determining that the document contains a fluorescent color if Qm>W2, and then converting Qm into the accurate color output Om; and (ii) determining that the document contains no fluorescent color if Qm≦W2 and then using the value of Pm as the image output value.

    • The present invention discloses an inter-trusted-computing-system binding method based on hardware security unit, comprising steps of: configuring binding requirements for hardware security units of trusted computing systems; exchanging hardware security unit information between the hardware security units of the trusted computing systems to be bound, and checking device validities of the counter-party hardware security unit; and if passing the validation check, it continues to the following steps; otherwise, exiting the binding procedure; respectively verifying whether the binding meets their respective binding requirements by the hardware security units of the trusted computing systems to be bound; and if passing the verification, it continues to the following steps; otherwise, exiting the binding procedure; and respectively storing platform information and hardware security unit binding information by the hardware security units of the trusted computing systems. The present method provides a processing mechanism based on hardware security unit in order to establish trusts between trusted computing systems.

    • This invention relates to a multi-layer polyimide film and a method of manufacturing the same. The multi-layer polyimide film may include a functional filler. The multi-layer polyimide film is manufactured according to the method of this invention. The method includes adding tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride to a diamine solution at an equal mole ratio to form a polyamic acid solution; mixing some of the polyamic acid solution with a functional filler; adding the polyamic acid solution having the functional filler and the polyamic acid solution without the functional filler respectively to mix with aliphatic carboxylic acid anhydride and tertiary amine contained in mixing tanks to form two mixed solutions; supplying the two mixed solutions respectively to at least two reservoirs of a slot die coating device; extruding the two mixed solutions simultaneously from the slot die coating device onto a conveyor belt, then transporting the conveyor belt coated with the two mixed solutions to an oven for heating to form a self-supporting film; and carrying out thermal curing or infrared curing for the self-supporting film to convert remaining amide groups to imide groups completely to form a multi-layer polyimide film.

    • A bottle container provided with a protective layer is provided by coating a protective layer composed of a nanoscale titanium dioxide (TiO2) and copper particle on the surface of a bottle container, characterized in that, when sunlight irradiates over the bottle container, UV light or visible light of shorter wavelength (=about 600 nm and less), they will be absorbed therein and generates subsequently electrons and electric holes to react water and oxygen in air into active oxygen and hydroxyl free radical as strong oxidants. These oxidants can decompose surrounding organic matters and can kill bacteria as well as de-odor. In case of thus coated bottle container containing beer, UV light or strong light cannot enter substantially into the beer contained therein to oxidize hop components in the beer, and consequently, the intact taste of the beer can be retained. In addition to effects of killing bacteria and de-odoring, copper particles incorporated in the layer can promote absorption efficiency of UV light or strong light, while the alcohol-based compound added in the solvent of the coating composition can form a protective film of silicon dioxide (SiO2) and the like so as to prevent the bottle container made of organic material from degeneration by oxidative decomposition.

    • An image scanner employs sliding elements to keep a regular depth of field between a scanning module and a scanned object. The image scanner comprises a housing, a scanning plate for holding scanned object, a plurality of sliding elements, a movable carriage, a scanning module and a driving device. The sliding elements pinch at the both sides of scanning plate and slide freely lengthwise along the scanning plate and the carriage is fixed at the sliding elements. Because the scanning plate is the same reference base for both carriage and scanned object, it is easy to keep the regular distance between carriage and scanned object.
