摘要： A communication method uses a dual-modem Mobile Equipment (ME) that includes a cellular modem communicable with a cellular system and a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) modem capable of WLAN communication. The method includes registering a Media Access Control (MAC) address of a Terminal Equipment (TE) connected to the cellular modem over a WLAN. The method also includes receiving data from the TE with the registered MAC address at the WLAN modem through a WLAN interface, and transferring the data to the cellular system through the cellular modem. Thus, even a TE with no cellular modem equipped can perform data communication over the cellular network and the pre-registered TE is allowed to transmit and receive data through an ME with a WLAN modem, facilitating efficient use of the limited resources, and the user is allowed to set priorities of TEs, making it possible to ensure QoS of each TE independently.

The interface board can be mounted directly on the test substrate, or coupled to the test substrate through various arrangements of sockets, connection boards, and supports.

摘要： A test system for a semiconductor device couples the device to the back side of a circuit board, thereby allowing the device to be tested under actual operating conditions while providing adequate clearance around the device to accommodate automatic handling equipment, and also reducing signal delay and distortion. A system in accordance with the present invention includes a circuit board having circuitry adapted to provide an actual operating environment for the semiconductor device, as for example, a low cost mother board for testing memory devices. The device is coupled to the back side of the circuit board through test terminals formed on the back side of the board. An interface board can be used to correct the pin arrangements, which are reversed because they protrude from the back side of the board, and to compensate for the environmental differences caused by use of sockets and additional equipment on the interface board.

A packet is received through a direct communication with a terminal equipment providing a service. When the received packet includes a new destination Internet Protocol (IP) address different from a previously received packet, one or more service quality identifiers corresponding to the received packet are identified. The identified service quality identifiers are transmitted to the terminal equipment, and a service quality identifier corresponding to a service category selected by a user from the identified service categories is received from the terminal equipment. QoS information corresponding to the received service quality identifier is determined and used to generate a radio link between the mobile equipment and a mobile communication network. And the service is received through the radio link.

摘要： Provided are a method and an apparatus for extracting QoS parameters in a mobile device. In the method, all packets received from a terminal device are monitored, and SIP packets are filtered. When a real-time service application is executed on the terminal device, and an SIP request packet or an SIP response packet is filtered and input, QoS parameters are extracted from the SIP request packet or the SIP response packet. The extracted QoS parameters are incorporated into a wireless link data resource request and transmitted to a wireless network device. When a response to the wireless link data resource request is received, an uplink filter value for a new resource is extracted and added to a packet monitoring list.
