摘要： The present invention provides a hospital waste plasma incinerator that has a following features. It is composed of a main body having an inlet and a cap for opening and closing the inlet, a pyrolysis incinerator for receiving the hospital waste that is disposed in the interior of the main body and connected with the inlet, a plasma flame generator installed inside the main body and generating a plasma flame toward the pyrolysis incinerator, a complete combustion device which is installed in the main body and completely burns the smoke and the odor generated due to the incineration with a plasma flame of 1,500 to 3,000° C., a complete combustion exhaust device connected to the complete combustion device to exhaust the combustion gas, and the cooling device for cooling the combustion gas.

摘要： Disclosed is a conductive polymer, which is doped with an acid and has a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000 or less when provided in the form of a base type, with a solubility of 3% or more in a polar organic solvent. Because the conductive polymer is soluble in various polar organic solvents, the solvent may be freely selected depending on the end use of the conductive polymer and thus the conductive polymer has a very wide range of industrial applications. A method of preparing the conductive polymer is also provided, which is simple and generates a small amount of wastewater and thus reduces the preparation cost and is environmentally friendly.

摘要： A priori speech absence probability refers to a probability that a speech is not present with respect to a frame and a frequency bin resulting from an input signal. The priori speech absence probability has been regarded as a constant (generally, 0.5) because it is difficult to estimate. However, attempts to estimate the priori speech absence probability have been made since 2002. A novel method for estimating a priori speech absence probability using a statistical model is proposed. The method for estimating a priori speech absence probability obtains a priori speech absence probability of input speech data using a local parameter, a global parameter and an average parameter. The local parameter and the global parameter are obtained by determining a smaller value than a first threshold value as 0, determining a greater value than a second threshold value as 1, and applying a raised cosine function to values between the first threshold value and the second threshold value. The average parameter is obtained by a frame average of a posteriori signal-to-noise ratio in log scale.

The footpads are positioned at the predetermined distance so as to allow a user to stand upon the footpads and assume a golf swing stance, and to repeatedly rotate his or her shoulders in differing directions about the axis of rotation while grasping the opposing ends with two respective hands, thereby repeatedly sliding the cable in alternating directions through the clasping mechanism.

The filtered probability may be a maximum value, a mean value or a median value of the previous observation probabilities and the current observation probability.

摘要： A microphone-array-based speech recognition system using a blind source separation (BBS) and a target speech extraction method in the system are provided. The speech recognition system performs an independent component analysis (ICA) to separate mixed signals input through a plurality of microphone into sound-source signals, extracts one target speech spoken for speech recognition from the separated sound-source signals by using a Gaussian mixture model (GMM) or a hidden Markov Model (HMM), and automatically recognizes a desired speech from the extracted target speech. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain a high speech recognition rate even in a noise environment.
