摘要： Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described for mutual information based polar code construction. A wireless device may receive a codeword over a wireless channel, the codeword encoded using a polar code. The wireless device may identify a set of bit locations of the polar code corresponding to information bits of an encoded information bit vector. The set of bit locations may be determined based at least in part on a reliability order of the bit locations of the polar code, and the reliability order may be determined based at least in part on a recursive model that includes at least one mutual information transfer function that is applied at each polarization stage of multiple polarization stages of the polar code. The wireless device may decode the received codeword to obtain the information bit vector at the set of bit locations.

摘要： As the development of DC transit systems continues, many of the buried pipelines and metal structures close to the metro system have experienced accelerated corrosion by the dynamic DC stray current. Because of the dynamic feature of the stray currents, monitoring the effect of the dynamic stray current on the corrosion of the buried structures has been a challenging task.
This invention discloses a method to use a multielectrode system to measure the effect of dynamic stray currents on the corrosion of a metal structure or buried pipeline. The method also measures the effectiveness of cathodic protection under the influence of stray current.
High-voltage power transmission lines that produce a changing magnetic field, which in turn produces an alternating current flowing through the berried pipe or other structures that run in parallel with the transmission lines. The method disclosed in this invention may also be used to detect the effect of the interference of the alternating current.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for fermentative hydrogen production under limited aerobic conditions by utilizing the respiratory interaction between a strictly anaerobic hydrogen producing bacterium, E. harbinense YUAN-3, and a facultative anaerobic bacterium, P. aeruginosa PAO1. The two bacteria are co-cultured to produce hydrogen gas in a culture medium without any anaerobic treatment. Sucrose, lactose or glucose are used as the carbon source for the co-culture which can promote the growth of E. harbinense YUAN-3 and reduce substrate competition between two bacteria. L-cysteine is added to increase the hydrogen yield and the production rate. Using 15 g/L glucose and 5 mmol/L L-cysteine, the invented method achieved the hydrogen production yield of 1.11 mol-hydrogen/mol-glucose.

摘要： A method to generate name records by a service gateway includes: receiving a name service request including a name from a host; creating a name service request using the name; sending the name service request to a name service server; receiving a response from the name service server, the response including a service server name record with one or more service server name entries corresponding to the name; generating and storing service gateway name records using the name and the name entries; and sending a selected service gateway name record to the host as a response to the name service request. When a subsequent name service request including the name is received, the service gateway compares the name against the stored service gateway name records, and in response to finding a match, sending the given service gateway name record as a response to the subsequent name service request.

Each input may have several forms such as base, hover, engaged, completed, and error. User input is anticipated. The base form of the anticipated input cursor is displayed to prompt the user for the anticipated input. If user hover is detected that matches anticipated input, the hover form is displayed to confirm the match to the user. If user input is detected that matches anticipated input, the engaged form is displayed as confirmation. If user input is completed that matches anticipated input, the completed form is displayed as confirmation. If user hover or input does not match anticipated input, the error form is displayed to indicate mismatch. Not all cursors must have all forms, and some cursors may have multiples of some forms.

The electrolyte solution can be an organic electrolyte solution. Etching involves providing an electrolyte solution in contact with a pair of electrodes and passing an electric current through the electrolyte solution. The titanium substrate can be one of the pair of electrodes. The current has a wave profile selected from a group consisting of a periodic square profile, a sine wave, a linear profile, or a quintic profile, and is provided either parallel to or perpendicular to a plane of the substrate.

Experiments indicate that salts of kukoamine B have a good effect on antagonizing the key factors inducing sepsis, and can be used in the preparation of drugs for preventing and treating sepsis. Under the current circumstances of the lack of effective measures for the treatment of sepsis in clinical practice, the medicinal formulations, which comprise the salts of kukoamine B, pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or diluent, provide a new approach for the prevention and treatment of sepsis.

The wireless terminal with a reduced SAR peak value includes a first antenna configured to receive or transmit a communication signal, and further includes: a second antenna configured to feed a coupling signal when the first antenna receives or transmits the communication signal, and a signal processing module configured to process the coupling signal to reduce an SAR peak value of the communication signal for a human body. The energy of a superposed signal in a human body orientation is reduced by superposing the coupling signal with the communication signal, so as to reduce the SAR peak value effectively.
