In at least one cross sectional surface of the cBN sintered body tool taken along a plane perpendicular to a joining surface having the largest area in joining surfaces between the cBN sintered body and the joining layer, a point C and a point D are assumed to represent points away by ¼ of the length of a line segment connecting a point A and a point B shown in a figure. A value obtained when an area of a region surrounded by a line segment connecting the point C and the point D, the first cBN particle, the second cBN particle, and the binder phase is divided by the length of the line segment connecting the point A and point B to each other is 0.14-0.6 μm.

摘要： In a method of manufacturing a liquid discharge head, the liquid discharge head has a flow-path unit having a liquid flow path, and a piezoelectric actuator unit. The liquid flow path has discharge openings and corresponding pressure chambers. The actuator unit has actuators which apply pressure to liquid in the pressure chambers. The method includes positioning the actuator unit to oppose the surface of the flow-path unit while extending on the plurality of pressure chambers, forming a particular film that is impermeable to the liquid on a supporting member. The particular film is secured to the surface of the flow-path unit by placing the supporting member on the flow-path unit, and aligning the supporting member such that a surface of the particular film opposes the surface of the flow-path unit while the openings of the plurality of pressure chambers are covered.

摘要： An active noise/vibration/sound control system for a vehicle has an ANC (active noise control apparatus), an AVC (active vibration control apparatus), and an ASC (active sound control apparatus). To prevent the ANC, the AVC, and the ASC from interfering with each other and hence to prevent vehicle cabin environment of vibrations, noise, and sound from being impaired, activation and inactivation of the ANC, the AVC, and the ASC are controlled or their control characteristics are controlled in relation to each other by a weighting variable calculator as a coordination controller, depending on an engine rotation frequency and a frequency change which are representative of a running state of the vehicle as detected by an engine rotation frequency detector and a frequency change detector that serve as a running state detector.
