摘要： The invention discloses a forming mold including a stationary half and a moving half matched with the fixed one. The stationary half including a stationary plate, a stationary base fixed on the stationary plate, and a slider and a movable traverse bar which are disposed on the stationary base. The slider and the movable traverse bar are movable on the stationary base in a vertical direction. The moving half is movable relative to the fixed one in a horizontal direction. A space for in-mold forming is created between the two mold modules. By moving the slider and the movable traverse bar in the vertical direction, the forming mold can adapt to different workpieces. The flexibility of the forming mold can be increased, and the cost can be saved by way of not having to change to another sized of forming mold.

摘要： A cable connector assembly and the manufacturing method thereof are disclosed in the invention. The cable connector assembly includes a plug connector including a conductive module and a metal casing having a fixing and a mating section; a printed circuit board being electrically connected to the plug connector and a cable assembly which includes a wire retainer, wires, and an insulating layer; an inner casing being insert-molded onto the printed circuit board, the wire retainer, and the fixing section; a stress releasing element being insert-molded onto the insulating layer and partially onto the inner casing; and an to outer casing being insert-molded onto the inner casing and partially onto the stress releasing element. The cable connector assembly is produced without the pin, no pin holes will be formed on the outer casing. The cable connector assembly is easy to produce and aesthetically pleasing and can meet stricter requirement of the client.

The base protrudes outward to form a shoulder between the base and the sheath. The sheath substantially fits closely around the front insulator. The front insulator has a front edge concaved backward while the sheath has a front edge convexed backward in order to engage with the front edge of the front insulator.

The cable connector comprises a conductive body including an insulative housing and a plurality of terminals, a mating port being defined in the front of the conductive body, and the mating connector being plugged into the mating port; a front shell surrounding the conductive body; a cover being fastened with the front shell, wherein, a cable assembly including a plurality of wires and a rear insulative housing, the wires being electrically connecting with the terminals, the rear insulative housing being insert-molded in a cavity formed by the cover. The rear insulative housing is insert-molded in the cavity formed by the cover, thus the cable connector has a simpler structure. Besides, the cover is fastened with the front shell, with no need to be soldered with each other, which results a simplified manufacturing process to reduce the cost.
