    • A tray for semiconductor devices includes a base with a positioning unit. The positioning unit includes a plurality of tiered projections which jointly define and surround an enclosed space for receiving a semiconductor device. Each tiered projection is a two-tier structure including an inclined surface portion and an upright surface portion connected to the inclined surface portion, and a semiconductor device can be received, and limited in position, between the upright surface portions. When the tray bounces due external vibrations such that the semiconductor device received in the enclosed space is moved away from the upright surface portions to the inclined surface portions, the inclined surface portions of the tiered projections can guide and adjust the semiconductor device, returning the semiconductor device to between the upright surface portions, in order for the tray to carry the semiconductor device stably.

    • An extension positioning structure for a portable memory device comprises a main body in a shell. A first end of the main body is disposed a drive element, and a spring is mounted outside a second end of the main body. A positioning element is pivotally disposed between the shell and the drive element. The positioning element includes a pivot shaft and an engaging portion. The engaging portion is helically formed with multiple cutting surfaces, and the positioning block is formed with a positioning block and a limiting block. By pushing the drive element, the cutting surface of the engaging portion of the positioning element cooperates with the positioning block and the limiting block to make the connecting terminal extend out of and retract into the shell, facilitating the operation and storage of the memory device while reducing both the production cost and increasing the yield rate.

    • A portable extension memory storage device comprises a body and a slide positioning member. The body includes an elastic positioning tongue. The slide positioning member includes a positioning rib to be engaged into a positioning concave in the positioning tongue. With the elastic positioning tongue, the abrasion can be reduced, and the service life can be extended. The positioning concave offers an assured and firm engagement to improve the convenience in use. The assembly of the portable extension memory storage device can be finished without using any other threaded elements or locking elements, thus reducing the material and labor cost.
