摘要： An electrical receptacle connector includes an inner shell, a terminal module in the inner shell, and an outer shell out of the inner shell. Two side plates, a top plate, and a bottom plate of the inner shell are connected with each other to form an insertion opening, and the insertion opening is near one end of the inner shell. The outer shell is out of the inner shell and near the insertion opening of the inner shell. The outer shell stacks on the two side plates, the top plate, and the bottom plate of the inner shell to form a double-layer shell structure. Accordingly, the structural strength around the insertion opening of the inner shell can be improved. Hence, when a plug connector is inserted into the insertion opening of the inner shell, the inner shell does not deform or bend easily.

摘要： An electrical plug connector includes a plug metal shell, an insulation housing bracket, a plug grounding contact, and a grounding member. The plug metal shell encloses a tongue portion of the insulation housing bracket. The plug grounding contact is held inside the insulation housing bracket. The grounding member is disposed between the plug metal shell and the plug grounding contact and spaced from the first side of the insulation housing bracket. A connecting portion is selectively disposed on the grounding member or on the plug grounding contact. The connecting portion mechanically contacts to the grounding member and the plug grounding contact such that the grounding member is electrically connected to the plug grounding contact.

摘要： An electrical receptacle connector includes a terminal module, an inner metallic shell, an outer insulation frame, and an outer metallic shell. The terminal module is assembled with the inner metallic shell and the outer insulation frame, the outer metallic shell is formed on the outer insulation frame, and the outer metallic shell is in contact with the inner metallic shell. The connector is provided with the outer insulation frame so as to prevent water moist entering into the other end of the outer insulation frame from one end of the outer insulation frame having the insertion opening. In addition, the outer metallic shell is formed on the outer insulation frame to improve the structural strength of the connector. Moreover, the outer metallic shell and the inner metallic shell are soldered with each other through the grooves of the outer insulation frame.

The terminals are held in the insulated housing. The adapting circuit board is disposed at the rear of the insulated housing and includes an upper-row contact set connected to the first group of terminals and a lower-row contact set. One ends of the extension terminals are connected to the lower-row contact set, and the other ends of the extension terminals are extended to the bottom of the insulated housing.

The hole is formed on the surface of the baffle plate for checking tail portions of the second receptacle terminals which are formed as SMT (surface mount technology) legs. Accordingly, the soldering condition between the tail portions of the second receptacle terminals and contacts of a circuit board can be checked from the hole.

摘要： An electrical connector has a base, a terminal set, a pair of holding pieces, an insulating body and a shell. The base has two holding piece slots respectively formed in two sides of the bottom of base. The pair of holding pieces is assembled into the holding piece slots respectively. Each holding piece is C-shaped and has a notch formed in a rear end of the holding piece and serving to hold a PCB board. A front end of each holding piece is assembled into the base. Given the pair of holding pieces with an assemblable structure, the size of the holding pieces can be tailored to the requirement of customers. The shell is formed by a two-stage of drawing process to enhance overall strength of the shell to facilitate the plating process afterwards.
