    • Devices, systems and methods are disclosed for automated multi-device, multi-persona wireless SIM management. A virtual SIM database associated with a user is maintained on the mobile service provider's network. Such a virtual SIM database contains multiple personas for that user. For each of the user devices they wish to use on the mobile service network, the user is furnished with one “stub” SIM to be installed on the user device, onto which may be loaded any one of the personas maintained by the virtual SIM database. Upon an event, a selected user device downloads a selected persona from the network and loads it onto its stub SIM, so that the selected device is now registered on the network with that persona.

    • Directory structures of a messaging application and a personal file manager application are synchronized. A designated layer in the directory structure of the messaging application is associated with the designated layer in the directory structure of the personal file manager application. Each time a folder is created or an existing folder is modified or deleted in the designated layer in the directory structure of the messaging application, a corresponding folder is created, modified, or deleted in the designated layer in the directory structure of the personal file manager application and vice versa. Files or links to files are created in the folders of the messaging application to correspond to files or links to files within folders in the personal file manager application, and vice versa. A folder (and its contents) is deleted in the messaging application to correspond to deletions in the personal file manager application, and vice versa.

    • A custom call flow is implemented by receiving a sequence of user inputs provided as part of an interactive call between a caller requesting a service and a service provider that provides the service. The sequence of user inputs includes data path inputs, security inputs, and a termination input. The custom call flow is further implemented by identifying placement of the security inputs in the sequence, removing the security inputs from the sequence, and creating a custom sequence that includes the data path inputs, a placeholder representing the placement of the security inputs, and the termination input. The custom sequence utilizes the placeholder to prompt the caller to enter the security inputs at a location specified in the placeholder of the custom sequence. The custom call flow is invoked from the custom sequence received from the caller each time the caller initiates a request for the service.
