    • A rotor structure for a motor includes a shaft, a single magnet, and two fixing seats. The shaft passes through the single magnet and the two fixing seats, with the two fixing seats being adjacent to and abutting against two end faces of the single magnet, respectively. The single magnet fits with a small clearance or loosely fits the shaft, and the two fixing seats tightly fit the shaft, such that the single magnet is positioned at a predetermined position relative to the shaft without rupture. Furthermore, each of the two end faces and two abutting faces are formed with rough surfaces and/or with corresponding grooves and protrusions, so as to achieve a stable-engaging effect between the single magnet and fixing seats.

    • A miniature heat-dissipating fan includes a stator and a rotor. The stator has a first leakage flux absorber, a coil layer arranged on the first leakage flux absorber, and a hole. The coil layer has a plurality of coils and the hole passes through the first leakage flux absorber and the coil layer. The rotor has an impeller, a second leakage flux absorber and a permanent magnet. The second leakage flux absorber and the permanent magnet are attached to a bottom of the impeller, such that the rotor is rotatably coupled to the stator. Consequently, magnetic flux leakage under the stator is prevented to assure that electromagnetic interference will never be caused, and an overall axial thickness of the miniature heat-dissipating fan is reduced by the configuration of the stator.

    • A cooling system for a portable electronic device includes a detection module, a cooling module, and a central control module. The detection module detects whether the portable electronic device is in a communication state. The detection module generates a communication identification signal when the portable electronic device is in the communication state. The detection module generates a non-communication identification signal when the portable electronic device is not in the communication state. The cooling module includes a fan and a fan driving unit electrically coupled to the fan. The central control module is electrically coupled to the detection module and the fan driving unit, receives the communication identification signal or the non-communication identification signal, and drives the fan to rotate or stop via the fan driving unit according to the identification signals.
