摘要： Described is a method for adapting a system bandwidth to be used by a user equipment for an uplink communication channel for an uplink communication between the user equipment and a base station within a cell of a cellular network system, wherein the cell is served by the base station, wherein the user equipment is adapted to use a predefined system bandwidth for the uplink communication. The method includes determining an actual block error rate of the uplink communication channel, comparing the actual block error rate with a predefined threshold, and adapting the predefined system bandwidth based on the result of the comparison.

摘要： In a method for indoor operation of a wireless telecommunication device that comprises at least one base station and at least one mobile part, the momentary reception power is measured in the receiver of the mobile part and the reception power value is communicated to the base station for the control of the transmission power. The ratio of reception power to noise power is determined at predetermined time intervals in the receiver of the mobile part. The respectively obtained ratio value is compared to a rated value and, dependent on the result, one signalling bit per data frame is transmitted from the mobile part to the base station. A calculation of the current or updated transmission power with adaptive incrementation control is then undertaken in the base station. The calculation of a current transmission power value thereby occurs on the basis of the previous transmission power value plus a product of a correction value determining the incrementation and a default value determined from the signalling bit.

Antenna signals are associated with polar diagrams of the antenna arrangement by a common beam forming network. The common beam forming network is used to form weighted sum signals, which are passed as input signals to a user-specific beam forming unit. A selector which is arranged there takes from the input signals a user-specific subset Kc of signals, to which an eigen polar diagram forming algorithm is applied.

The prefilter is dimensioned according to the correlations, thereby minimizing the error value of an algorithm used for estimation the channel on a reception side.
